Still no further forward with wren
A delivery meant to be coming Friday , no idea what’s in the delivery (items in original delivery were damaged and or missing)
I’ve already said date not suitable but they ignore that . No body calls you you can’t speak to anyone (even the store where i got kitchen from can’t speak to anyone in their head office )
Has been going on for a month now . They said on my last poor post that they’d look into the matter/issues but I haven’t heard anything at all . Getting concerned that they’d look into kitchen /bedroom will never get finished ! Please be aware of their customer service. If you have an issue nobody wants to know !

I am blown away by both the quality and the service provided by Wren. The result is a perfect solution for our annex and despite it not being the most expensive order we were given top dollar service. I had to return three parts of the kitchen (which was not installed by Wren) and they sent replacements within 24hrs. The app is brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jonathan was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the appointment. He took the time to measure up our kitchen properly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and straightforward.

Excellent service. Jonathan E was friendly, polite and helpful. Rang to give an update of how far away he was. Arrived dead on time. Couldn’t fault anything.

I spoke to Samuel who was very polite, helpful and reassuring in resolving my issue. I have been directed to the supplier to chase up my issue but Samuel has kept my case open and will call me tomorrow to ensure a resolution has been provided. Thank you for your help

Jonathan E was brilliant from the very first visit to measure the kitchen and subsequently the second visit to measure an additional space. He phoned each time ahead of arrival and was on time.
He was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and really thorough with the measurements. A credit to Wren. Thank you.

We arranged for a member of the home survey team to visit us to measure our bedroom as we are interested in replacing the current old furniture and wardrobes. Jonathan E from the team, arrived punctually with a very friendly welcome and was very enthusiastic. He answered all our questions and show us an image of our measured up bedroom. We now look forward to visiting the store for a virtual look at the options for new furniture in our bedroom.

Jonathan E absolutely lovely and professional. Can’t wait for my new wardrobes

It was our home measure appointment today, Jonathan arrived on time and explained what he needed to do. The appointment took around 45 minutes to complete and I was told what would happen next.

After a great experience with our kitchen we are now looking at their bedroom furniture.

So first step is to get the area measured and we were lucky enough to get Jonathan E. again as we also had him for our kitchen.

He is professional, friendly and very helpful and seems to love his job.

Having chosen the design and provisional layout of our new kitchen we were visited by wrens surveyor John EB to take accurate measurements.
He called beforehand to give his exact arrival time, was polite and respectful of our home. We discussed the plan and went through it in detail with him making notes to ensure the final plan to be presented to us would meet all of our needs. There was no feeling that he was rushing us it was a very relaxed experience.

Good workmanship putting wardrobe together.
