We arrived at Wren for our design consultation expecting to leave without purchasing anything. We expected it to be beyond our price point. We were greeted warmly and professionally, then introduced to our designer Sangha.
He showed us around and soon realised that my husband and I are polar opposites when it comes to what we like in kitchens. I’m a fan of modern styling and my husband prepares something more traditional. He wasn’t phased in the least by this.
He guided us through the design experience with patience, good humour and he also makes a good cup of coffee. We felt fully involved in the design process, and we really enjoyed the whole experience…We left having bought a kitchen that we love at a great price point.
I was so impressed that I’m going back to design a bedroom, I can’t wait to do it all again, get the kettle on Sangha see you next week.

Worktops warped and flooring moves and has gaps in under 6 months.
Warranty is useless, very difficult to get anything done about the floor as they have a questionnaire that goes to the manufacturer when it’s a fitting issue. So we got no where.
The worktops I was told would be delivered Thursday or Friday with a fitter the next day. They delivered it early, blocking the whole kitchen, fire doors and stairs, with no fitter arranged.
My partner is heavily pregnant and we would be unable to get our newborn in the house with a pram. We had carpet fitting and decorators due, but due to no fitting date, we stand to lose £1400 deposit as they can’t access the floor. We have 2 children and can’t open our fridge, freezer and have things stuck in the dishwasher. We don’t even know how long for.
When they installed the kitchen, they would not deliver the worktops until the fitter was on site as they said there was no space.
A sick joke for a £12000+ kitchen. Go independent if you are thinking of using Wren, they are beyond a joke.

Ordered bedroom units a few months ago. A representative came from Wren came to measure up and took pictures of the access to the bedroom to ensure access was ok. Paid for delivery to the bedroom. On the delivery date, the Wren delivery team refused to take some of the parts to the bedroom. They took the parts back to warehouse and now I’m in an endless cycle of trying to get them re-delivered. Have called customer service numerous times and the store where the order was placed - just the same ‘we’ll chase it up’ response every time, when the reality is that they put the phone down and don’t give it any more thought.
Similar process to a lot of companies - the communication is great until you’ve paid; then it becomes mystifyingly impossible to speak to someone who can actually do anything. You get lost in the system ordering from big companies, whereas independent workers are responsible for themselves so more likely to address issues.

Ordering and paying for a new kitchen and appliances are so easy!!! What comes next is more complicated. DO NOT EVER order appliances via Wren Kitchens as they wash their hands off any issues when the appliances arrive damaged. Then a saga starts, and the person who dealt with my order at Wolverhampton branch typically does not answer the emails, even though he told me I could contact him for anything as the after sales point of contact. I have a brand new Belling range cooker that cost me £1,298. It is dented/damaged, but what is happening about replacement under the the Consumer Rights Act 2015, explicitly mentioning that goods bought must be fit for purpose or sold undamaged? NOTHING. I asked the person who dealt with my order for the manager to contact me. Would it happen? I wish!

This review is based on the showroom experience only, which was excellent. Of course the team is there to sell a kitchen from the moment you walk through the door, but their knowledge of all the products is very good and all staff at Wolverhampton were really helpful. Hifsa, our kitchen designer, in particular was extremely helpful and patient, giving us way more time than the allotted two hours until we reached a point where we had the perfect plan and an agreed price.
Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I needed to cancel the order a week later. Again, the store manager, who spoke to me personally, and Hifsa could not have been more helpful and processed my refund promptly. I am sorry they lost this sale.

Nick, was polite, friendly and swift. He readily understood the issue. Referred to original plan and previous replacement orders to identify and then rectify errors/omissions. Also recognised error in design and made a good will payment gesture which showed respect and consideration. Also Nick called me back straight away when the call unexpectedly quit. Great service highly commend Nick for his excellent phone manner great listening skills and problem solving.

I had the worst experience with this company they send out their staff to measure my kitchen and when I got my fitter to fit the kitchen cupboard my fitter told them the measurements was wrong. They told my fitter to work with what he had and what left over we should send it to them. I made a complaint about I wasn’t happy about what happened. They turned around and said they didn’t told my fitter anything about proceeding with the work.They argued that it was the right measurement. We told them they needed to send someone to remeasured the kitchen. They didn’t want to do it at first, because they were saying we didn’t use their fitters. Anyway they finally sent someone from their team to re measured the kitchen, they came and remeasure the kitchen and found out that the measurements was wrong. We told them because they made that error in measuring the kitchen wrong in the first place they should pay my fitter for the additional work because of their mistake. They didn’t want to accept their fault and so we are left with a lot of extra cupboards . They won’t even accept the extra cupboard left over. We end up paying my fitter for extra work because of their mistake. I will never use their service again.

We had a sales guy come out beginning of Jan and he designed this all singing dancing kitchen and then told us we need to pay £1900 to lock price in we felt pressured into this. After the sales guy left we looked over and decided it wasn't for us and coming in at £18,000 wasn't worth it so less than 24hours later we cancelled it.
We are still waiting for our deposit back of £1900 and constantly fobbed off with the manager saying he can only email. It is impossible to speak to customer service we have never got through .
We had a email a week ago advising the 1st refund didnt go through, so was advised they had processed again last Friday and I would be contacted this Monday, still no reply and no refund. We are going to take this further as the customer service is appalling and

Shambles from start to almost finished I cant say finished because after 12 months it is still not finished to my satisfaction. Designers do design and then push their own fitters as saying Wren fitters are OK but theirs would do a better job. I accepted this and the fitter came and quoted. Fine. However when faulty parts are supplied by Wren you have to use the app and order new item. All well and good if delivery is when fitter is still here. This was ok with a replacement door ordered but edging strip on side of worktop needed replacing and yes wren sent one out but their courier lost it so another had to be sent and overall it took 10 days for it to reach me. By this time the fitter went onto his next job but said would come back to fit it. I had to wait one month but having discussions with wren their reply was you only paid for delivery so they have fulfilled their obligation. Well in that case they should send parts by next day delivery so the fitter is not out of pocket by having to come back at his own cost. Wren are a totally unco-operative company. They dont read emails you send and because of that they dont reply. My initial design took two months and when asked for it to be finished went back into store to be told by the manager that the design could not be done and it had to be done all over again. Once Wren have your money they wash their hands of you. There is no way that its the great renovation its the great let down.
From your reply yes the issue has been resolved but to your satisfaction not to mine but accepted due to the fact that I was constantly hitting my head against a brick wall. I just hope when people read this review it will make them think before entering into any contract with Wren because I dont want them to go through the constant battles as I have had to. It also makes you think why the TV advert is not being shown as much. had another reply to review and it's automated as it says the same as the previous reply just goes to show how right I am and wren know they don't want to admit they are wrong so please think before you put money into their pockets

Ordered a kitchen after several visits to store. The designer was patient and helpful and the order was placed after finally deciding on a suitable layout. Unfortunately there was subsequently an issue with the paint finish we selected as there had been problems with durability of the paint. The order was therefore cancelled as we did not want an alternative colour or finish and a refund of our deposit was promised. Four weeks, several phone calls and empty promises later we are still waiting for our £1400 refund. It is impossible to get through to customer services - I hung up after waiting 40 plus minutes. Avoid this company unless you can afford to risk huge chunks of your hard earned money!!

Failed to return deposit after 5 weeks of being promised it. I've been emailing salesman who says its being dealt with. I've tried to call the showroom, call not answered after 27 minutes of waiting so I hung up. Then called the customer complaints number from thier website. Guess what. there isn't an option for complaints! Went through to another team who was 'putting me through to customer team'. Finally asnwered after 9 minutes 24 seconds to eventually be told, by coincidence, that the refund had been agreed and would take up to 5 days to go back to the card. That will then be over 6 weeks from the initial request.
If you need to cancel your order make sure you chase daily for your money back.
