Mike Rawlinson did an excellent job surveying our kitchen. He messaged earlier in the day to let us know he would be arriving ahead of schedule, which was really appreciated. He was professional and knowlegable and offered some great advice. Highly recommend!

A really friendly man called Stephen, came to measure our kitchen. He seemed very proficient in his job and was very organised and methodical. He asked all the important questions about our kitchen before measuring.

Great and prompt experience. I was working from home that day and thought it would be disruptive but I Kvetkovska was efficient and took all measurements without friction. She was polite and helpful and it was a good experience.

The surveyor who attended our home, M Herdman, to carry out the final measurements was very professional.

I will set the context by saying I am Victor Meldrew in outlook. In a world of poor customer care Wren were excellent, from the original design through to all the documentation. When an issue arose the customer care agent, Farhaaj, dealt with the matter promptly and efficiently. His intervention allowed the kitchen installation to continue without a hitch. I do not often write reviews but as my experience was so good I thought I must, especially as the product was so reasonably priced compared to others. This is all the more pleasing as it is a British based company and means that the investment I have made goes some way to securing jobs in the UK. Thank you Wren and Farhaaj

Lee Barrington came to measure our kitchen and was very polite and friendly. Before he left, he showed us the plan he had drawn up and and pointed out how he had arrived at his calculations and answered any questions we had. All very professional cannot ask more.

New kitchen & utility units delivered for self-fitting. On opening two of the boxes, the carcasses were badly damaged. Tried to use the app for replacements but despite several attempts it failed. So, I called customer services and spoke with Richard who sorted out the replacements with minimal fuss, and provided an excellent service. It’s good to speak with someone UK based who is efficient, very helpful and doesn’t just read from a script,

I recently purchased a kitchen through Wren, which included a composite sink. Several months in this was starting to show signs of discolouration and staining, despite me having followed the care guidelines provided with it.

This is a clear manufacturing defect, however Wren customer services have refused to take responsibility and have offered me a new sink at "cost price." This is just an insult; as the prices given are more expensive than buying the exact same models at full price from other suppliers.

The sink has now deteriorated even further since my initial contact with Wren about this, however they have still refused to stand by the clearly sub-standard product that they sell.

This is terrible customer service and just demonstrates a focus on profiteering and a lack of interest in customer care. It is also a very short-sighted decision as I will not be using Wren in the future nor recommending them to others.

I recently had my kitchen and I had an issue with a unit. I called and was assisted by Richard, who helped me with my order . He was so lovely and had a kind voice. He was very understanding and sorted everything out for me promptly, He is a credit to the team !

We have recently had a Wren kitchen delivered and during installation needed to speak with a customer service advisor. Bethanie couldn't have been more polite and helpful. She completely took any stress away and made me feel confident there was nothing to worry about. She called me the following morning as promised to confirm the missing part had been sent and would be received tomorrow. I really couldn't fault my experience with Bethanie.
