Avoid! When my kitchen arrived it didn’t fit properly. It meant that the doors in the corner section didn’t open even halfway. Wren were not interested at all, even though it was them who measured it. If you have an issue other than a few chipped doors they are not bothered! Terrible customer service -

We are extremely disappointed with both the quality of our Wren kitchen and the way our complaint has been handled.
The first issue was a warped drawer front. Over time, more and more of the gloss doors and drawer fronts have warped until it is now affecting multiple units. This has happened gradually across the kitchen, not as the result of any single incident.
The most frustrating part has been dealing with customer service. Every time we raised the issue, our complaint seemed to be closed within a few days, forcing us to start the process all over again. It felt like we were being drawn into a never-ending cycle rather than having our concerns properly investigated.
The kitchen was purchased in my husband's name, but despite his repeated requests for Wren to correspond with me by email, they refused. As the person trying to manage the complaint, this made an already frustrating process even more difficult.
Without ever inspecting the doors, Wren concluded that the warping was caused by moisture. We strongly disagree. We have a large, well-ventilated kitchen that does not become excessively humid, and the doors are cleaned in the normal way with a damp cloth. To attribute the problem to moisture without carrying out an inspection is, in our view, an unreasonable assumption.
The fact that multiple doors and drawer fronts have gradually warped over time, despite being used and cared for normally, leads us to conclude that the doors were simply not fit for purpose.
We are now considering taking the complaint to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman, but that takes more time and effort than many customers have. The way our complaint has been handled has left us feeling that the process is designed to wear customers down until they give up, rather than resolve genuine issues.
Based on our experience, I would urge anyone considering buying a Wren kitchen to think very carefully. The initial sale was straightforward, but when something went wrong, the aftercare fell well below the standard we expected. Buyer beware.
