I’ve ordered 6 items from the online shop, all allegedly in stock. I received 3 and no information on the reasons for the partial delivery were provided. I reached out to support but heard nothing back. A label has been created for a second parcel but no updates for days.
It’s not clear how to contact them, not clear how to get a refund or get help. I honestly expected much better service.

I recently bought a trumpet online after testing it in the store. Abigail gave me her contact details in case I wanted to buy it. She was able to organise a discount as it was a display instrument and helped me set up the financing. As there was no cases left, she arranged to give me one from the model up. The whole process was quick and easy. I signed all the papers on Monday and was splitting notes by Wednesday.

Very speedy service. Dropped one star because packaging wasn’t great but luckily nothing was damaged.

The product I have purchased Genos 2 speaker is faulty as there is no sound coming out from the speaker although I have spent almost £4000 I am not receiving a good service. This is not my fault and I would appreciate if you can replace the item for me quickly as this is taking time to be resolved

No problem ordering on-line and guitar delivered promptly. Guitar well packaged and arrived intact. Only gripe is I didn't get informed about delivery until the morning of the day it was delivered, luckily someone was in.

Bought a guitar which was apparently in stock, only to not hear from them for a week post order confirmation. It was only after I reached out to their customer service that they informed me that the site was incorrectly displaying the item as in stock and that I'd have to wait a few weeks before the product would be available to be dispatched. Thinking about the kind of brand Yamaha is, their website could do with some real improvements.

I was looking for two cotton guitar straps. I've used Yamaha before so they were my go to vendor. I found exactly what I was looking for. Despatched and received in two days. Very pleased.

Bought a refurbished Cp Reface for £247 Wed night. Received delivery the following Tuesday.
Well packaged with all accessories included.

Other than scuffed box I would've guessed this was brand new.

I've wanted one for a few years so excitedly opened the box the moment it arrived and played for about 3 hours even though I can barely play yet, it's just so much fun with all the different sounds and effects.

Back in April, I had purchased a N1X and a piano stool whilst out of the country. My intention was to have both delivered when I returned in June. Due to some misunderstanding, the stool had been despatched immediately and of course could not be delivered. I was not aware of this at the time.
Fast forward to last week when I took delivery of the instrument and found out about the missing chair. I contacted Yamaha immediately and in less than 24 hours Carl, the Customer Services Manager, had already tracked down the location of the two parcels and informed me of its whereabouts. However, due to rules set by the courier, I could not collect them. So I emailed Carl again to ask for his help. The next day, and I was particularly impressed by this, he sent me an interim reply saying he had contacted the courier and was waiting for their answer. I checked the courier's website and it stated that 3 to 5 working days were needed for such an investigation and so I was content to wait. Today, I finally got my piano chair! Many thanks to Yamaha for the great customer service.

The team at Yamaha Music London were absolutely amazing in sorting me out with the Yamaha BB734a Bass. Great comms, polite, repsectful and lovely to deal with. This isn't the fiurst time I've bought from Yamaha Music London and wont be the last either! Thanks for the awesome bass folks!

Ordered my headphones at 6pm on a Sunday evening and they were delivered to me in Glasgow before Mid-day on Tuesday
