We have used Richard Lambert from Yellow Bricks twice now and each time he has provided an exceptional service. Richard constantly provided updated rates when the market changed and we achieved a much lower rate that we first expected. I would recommend to anyone.

We had a really positive experience with Tommy Choy during our remortgage. Tommy took over our case after our previous broker left, and what impressed us most was that he proactively contacted us around three months before our remortgage was due to introduce himself and make sure everything was in place.
From the beginning, Tommy provided a seamless and professional service. He reassured us that our case would continue under the same terms and conditions previously agreed with the company, including the ongoing remortgage service, so we never felt that we were being left without support during the transition.
Throughout the whole process, Tommy was patient, approachable and very responsive to all our questions. He took the time to explain things clearly, guided us through each step and kept us informed along the way.
