Cannot recommend Josh Huggett at Yellow Brick enough! As a first time buyer with very little knowledge around house buying, Josh made the whole process so simple and explained every step to me. I was able to get an agreement in principle within 48 hours of my first enquiry and Josh got my mortgage application in the day after getting my offer accepted on the property. From initially enquiring with Yellow Brick, it took less than 4 weeks to get my mortgage application approved and I am now getting ready to move into my first home! Thank you again Josh for being so proactive, keeping me in the loop and making things simple every step of the way!

This was my first time getting a mortgage and indeed buying a house, so I had a lot of questions at every stage - Richard was really patient with me and explained things really well. When I needed to sort other aspects out, like insurance, he was able to direct me to partner companies and just generally made me feel confident that everything was in order. He kept checking for better deals throughout the process to make sure I got the best rate at the time. And my house-buying budget actually went up about £20k just after his first look, because he found lenders I wouldn't have thought of who would give me more without exceeding my monthly payment request. I can't thank him enough and will be recommending Yellow Brick at length to anyone who has the misfortune to mention mortgages within earshot.
