I placed an order with Yemeksepeti, but after an hour of waiting, I contacted their customer service to inquire about the delay. They informed me that the restaurant was closed, which surprised me because I had been able to place an order from it on the app. When I tried to explain this, the customer service representative continued to insist that the restaurant was closed and suggested that I had accidentally placed the order. I was frustrated and confused by their gaslighting, as it was not technically possible for me to have ordered from a closed restaurant. Eventually, they admitted that the restaurant had cancelled my order due to unforeseen circumstances, which I assumed meant they weren't ready to open in real life, despite being listed as open on Yemeksepeti. I would have appreciated it if they had been honest with me from the beginning instead of making excuses that weren't true. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, and I have decided not to use Yemeksepeti again.

Some of the grocery stores on there are scammers (dont deliver or deliver with missing items) and others are good, so you have to be careful, but Yemeksepeti customer service has been good about refunds.

I placed my order, when it arrived, the courier delivered a totally different order.. I texted to support, they told me to keep the wrong order to give it back to the courier who is "coming back" with the correct order.
They confirmed the order was coming! I waited until 2am. And the order never came. I complained the next day and same story.. the support agents either closed my chats either said that my order was on its way. So far the order never came..
I feel scammed. They took my money and never delivered my order. And their support team, is miserable. They could at least, AT LEAST, told me "the redelivery could be approved in the following 5 business days" or whatever!!! Instead of lying into my face! Contact me I will teach you how to organise a team, how to create a protocolo!! Its a disaster.. My order is on its way the last 3 days.. poor courier.
They are just misleading costumers.
Just the WORST service I ve ever had from food app.
NOT RECOMMENDED, if you have any problem with your order they will DO NOTHING. They are satisfied with taking your money and that is it.

I would not recommend using it. I have used both in Turkey and Cyprus. But each time, I had problems at different stages. Customer service is inadequate, does not care about customer satisfaction. Their software is faulty. There is no informative warning when vouchers are not working.

They work with poor quality restaurants (eg Cafe Han in Cyprus), they do not give refunds for lost products. I even asked for 1 TL (0.10 USD) as a warning, they didn't even do it. Very very insufficient.

They stole my money ! Saying they will refund me , and they didn’t !

Unfortunately, when you place an order from a restaurant using this application, you cannot cancel the order If the restaurant is late or any problem occured, when you contact customer service. They tell you that we cannot cancel the order unless we obtain approval from the restaurant. They take money from you and do not care about the customer. They try to satisfy the restaurants at the expense of the customers.

I’ve been staying in Turkey for a month and I had a very bad experience with the app. I’ve ordered something from Starbucks, which they sent a cold coffee instead a regular one. I’ve ordered a pizza with Dominos and I was charged twice, no refund or contact so far. Finally today, I ordered something from Burger King, I’ve written some ingredients I didn’t want on the sandwich and guess what: It came wrong and cold as I already expected.
Every order took more than 1 hour to arrive, even I’m staying very close to the restaurants (1-3km). The communication with drivers is definitely a nightmare. For locals the app might work well, but if you are a foreigner like me, AVOID the app! Go to the restaurant because it will be much less stressful!

I ordered from shop and paid online,I waited for an hour then they canceled my order without any explanation after an hour of waiting and Yemek sepeti help just told me that your money will be back in 10 working days and they talked to me very rude and impolite. they are terrible and if you order something never pay online.

I've had an overall good experience with this company. First of all, it's good to have a food delivery service in Istanbul, which you can use without speaking Turkish. I've used it to order delivery from restaurants a few times. The first orders ran smoothly: I was able to track the entire delivery process on the map. The most recent time was less so good, as the website gave me no information about the status of my order or approximate delivery time. The order was eventually delivered, although later than originally expected.

Worst company ever all they do is create a lot of adverts and have rubbish customer service and products I ordered food many times out of 5 times only 1 order came the other 4 was never refunded. Do not buy from this awful company again

This was absolutely useless you order food and wait and wait and it doesn't end up coming it's the worst app ever and if you do value time DONT order it.They literally have no concept of time as you wait for hours and the food never COMES ABSOLUTELY ANNOYED AND WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

I wanted to order something they withdrew money and the order didn’t take place waited somedays but unfortunately my money still didn’t came back.

1.they dont give you a refund If you paid for the products you didnt receive
2. They dont care that your food was cold
3. Always late, the couriers always have issues
4. Worst support ever in the world
Its strange to me how are they still operating in Turkey.

Look at all the reviews here. Would you use a service with 70% BAD rating.
We tried today. They advertise as delivering to villages. Liers!
We made the order, and got a phone call to say they could not deliver as too busy.
What company does this!
Deleted the app.
Now i can understand why this company has such a bad rating.
HOPELESS!
