Report a repair November 25, 2 surveyors came to look at it, Feb 26 still no work done. Call again March 17th, to be given no update. Asked to put in a complaint, offered a £30 gift voucher for the length of time it had taken to do the repairs, I was told I could only accept the gift voucher if I withdrawn the complaint. Needless to say I did not accept thr gift voucher

Having held over £900 of my money stating I have to be a month in credit with my rent ( not mentioned on my tenancy agreement) I have had to issue court summons to receive my funds back. I have been passed from pllar to post over the last couple of months and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I have been a resident since 2007 but the just seem to think they can shit on us and thus time they have shit on the wrong one !!

I was dealt with an absolutely unbelievable woman called Lauren Middleton. She is a credit to your association and the way she dealt with me was astonishing. The efficiency, communication and all round support I’ve been given by her in such a short space of time is immense, thankyou so much for your support she’s been wonderful!! Xx

I’d like to say a big thank you to Joanne, the representative who helped me get my under-sink plumbing issues sorted. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process, making what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable.

I’d also like to give a huge thanks to the plumber from Bradford who came out to fix the problem. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved properly in my home. His hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Can’t even pay rent on the official website.keeps crashing. Can’t set up a direct debit without giving info to a questionable person. Yet I’m sure I’ll be the bad guy the one in the wrong.

Amazing experience

Advertised as a charitable housing association. However, the quality of emails are borderline rude and not very empathetic. I believe the organisation is misleading.
