You cancelled the day I booked for my Grandson’s lesson & we thought it had been postponed for one week but you changed it from Sunday to Saturday so he missed it completely and was very disappointed

We're very sorry to hear that your grandson missed his lesson and understand how disappointing that must have been.
To clarify what happened, the original event was cancelled due to construction work at the venue, and we notified all affected customers by email on the 2nd of June, followed by a reminder on the 10th of June. Your replacement booking was then made online on the 20th of June using the rescheduling code we provided. On the 22nd of June, we attempted to call you twice to let you know the lesson time had changed from 10:00am to 9:30am, but unfortunately the calls were cut short due to a poor phone connection. We therefore sent an updated confirmation email with the new time and booking date, followed by a reminder email on the 24th of June. Each of these communications included the date and time of the booking.
We're sorry there was a misunderstanding, as we know how disappointing it is to miss a lesson. If you'd like to discuss this further, please contact our customer service team on info@youngdriver.com, who will be happy to review everything with you.

Fantastic!
This was such a good experience for my 11 year old son, he had an hour lesson, and by the end he could reverse park! He also wanted to drive home after 🤣 we will look to book more of these over the coming years for him to gain confidence and learn the car and manoeuvres

Pedal to the metal
Daughter loved her 2nd drive and will be back. Ardingly is a great place to do this as it has a road network that is easy to follow. Plenty of t junctions etc.

Fantastic driving experience for our daughter
Fantastic driving experience for our daughter who had never been in the driving seat before. Highly recommend the hour session and to have the recording as something to keep. Wonderful instructor Raj. Our daughter learnt so much and built her confidence. She is asking to go again for another lesson!!! Think it is such a amazing opportunity and to have some knowledge before she gets to 17 and starts learning on the roads. Thank you.

My grandson enjoyed his first lesson ❤️
My grandson 16 first lesson was most enjoyable. The whole process was very easy from start to finish.
Also he received a small book for future lessons to keep a record.
The driving instructor was very personable, relaxed giving a first time experience very pleasurable.

Good experience
We like the Young Driver Experience so my boys can slowly and surely learn to drive carefully and cautiously but with confidence without getting overwhelmed. Will make learning to drive on public roads much more easier when 18.

South cerney venue review + staff feedback
I went to the south cerney venue; I had an hour session driving with Ali. It was an excellent experience; I was allowed to drive at my own pace and became comfortable behind the wheel. Must try if you want your children to develop skills behind the wheel! Five stars to both Ali and the experience as a whole.

My daughter enjoyed the driving but we wanted a recording of the experience. When we got home we realised that they hadn’t recorded the driving experience as the device it was recorded on was empty. We were very disappointed
