Return customers are our favorite type. We're glad the Blackout Roller blinds were an excellent solution. Come back anytime.
No fixings with bathroom roller blinds.
Order for bathroom roller blinds arrived without fixings. On enquiry, was told that it is an "industry standard" not to provide fixings.
This is not my experience; Your Blinds Direct is the first supplier I have used that do not to supply fixings. The roller blind brackets came with 3.5mm diameter holes for the fixings. I found that no local shops supply stainless steel 3.5mm pan headed screws. Many on-line suppliers only supply these screws in large packs. Buying a small quantity of screws on line comes with a premium and is a readily avoidable task and delay.
Recommend that Your Blinds Direct reconsider and, for the small addition cost, supply these fixings.

We appreciate your comments regarding fixings. As there are so many different wall types and surfaces, we don’t supply screws as standard, as the most suitable fixings can vary from one installation to another. This is highlighted in our fitting guides.
Even though bracket holes are just over 3.5mm, they’re designed to work with standard 4mm screws and can be used without any issues, although we understand sourcing the exact screws you initially looked for added unnecessary inconvenience.

Faux wood 35mm blinds

We've been told that on Allusion blinds, we're half the price when compared to the standard home visit salesperson. Fitting them yourself is definitely the most cost effective method for new blinds. Enjoy your purchase.
Very Happy Returning Customer
As a returning customer I can highly recommend this company, their products and their customer service team.
Sadly on this occasion when we opened the package containing the “ head rail” we saw the rail was damaged and needed to be replaced.
We sent a short email to the company, with some photos attached, and received a prompt reply apologising and confirming a new rail was going to be despatched. The company apologised for the defective rail and were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue in a very timely manner.
My allusion blinds are now up and look lovely, they were also a very good price.

Most awful service
Most awful service. I th9of testing by doing a relative small window first. Ordered with them nut was not happy so phoned them to confirm my order was what I wanted they confirm when eventually I received order it was wrong. Phoned them again but they said nothing they could do!!! So although the order was half wrong to save waste of money I had to order part of order again at a further cost plus more delivery. This is an awful unprofessional company in my opinion with u helpful cusyet service. Oh by the way still have mot received my addional order most upsetting 😡
