The whole process which I thought would be stressful was a breeze. Any questions or queries Claudia was there to help as soon as she could. I’ve just completed on my remortgage using the free legals from Nationwide, I was kept upto date at all stages, had no surprise charges and completed on the date I requested! I’m even more impressed that I work in the industry (mortgage manager at a building society) and know how difficult it is sometimes to liaise with solicitors but I’ve definitely seen a different side after using Your Conveyancer! We have just completed on our first property purchase and went with YourConveyancer after being referred by our mortgage broker L&C. The chain was quite long and growing to start with so I was anxious about the progress of the purchase but Alan kept me informed regularly about progress and responded to my emails promptly within a few hours if not minutes! I've heard horror stories but I don't think I could have had an easier experience with the conveyancing progress despite the long timeline ( which was out of our solicitors hands). In the end our chain was 5+ houses so not easy. Highly recommended 10/10.
