Thanks to my workplace, I have access to YuLife, and I'm really impressed. The interface is user-friendly, and it offers plenty of ways to gather yucoins that can be exchanged for vouchers and other exciting rewards. Highly recommend it!

Products and services offered are great as an offering with the app and fits into leading a healthier life.

However they let themselves down in communication or lack of it, at times they need chasing when there are queries and there seems a lack of ownership to deal with queries to a satisfactory level.

I made an enquiry with YuLife and asked a question. MY question was answer with minutes. What stood out for me through was the fact that the Lady at YuLife followed up my enquiry by asking if I had managed to sort my issue.

Had an issue with steps being counted. Yulife looked into it thoroughly, kept me informed, tried various things until it was resolved. Excellent.

Very Good - Get discounts for walking and other challenges

I received several £40 Apple Gift Cards through YuLife, but one was automatically added to my Apple account without asking for confirmation. I couldn’t use it in-store or online for my phone repair and had to pay in cash.

I’ve spent weeks contacting YuLife, Runa, and Apple, and none of them have taken responsibility. YuLife even admitted that Face ID can automatically redeem the card but still refused to replace or refund it.

Their complaints team said it’s “beyond their control,” even though the voucher was issued through their own rewards platform. I’ve now had to escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Very disappointed if something goes wrong, YuLife offers no real help or accountability.

I love it.Have challenges,bonus challenges for more points and meditation is very plesunt.I never do meditation before i have this ap,but now i love it and is help me a lot to relax after long work and stressful day. Support line is very helpful and quick if you need help or have question. Very useful ap.

The app works very well to provide motivation for quests to keep mind and body active. Points earned from quests can be converted to many discounts or gift vouchers. Customer support, if you should need it, is also first class.
