Not great for small business
Not great for small business. The Analytics is only available when 10 or more employees have downloaded the app. We have 8 employees, so despite everyone downloading it, we're not able to access information that would be useful in determining how much use our employees are getting from the app. I think it will be something we end up cancelling soon.

YuLife is a fun way of earning meaningful rewards whilst improving your well being. There are plenty of short term promotions which are imaginative and which encourage you to try different areas of well being. The app's interface is fun without being cringe or immature.

Fantastic Fitness App that Really Works!
I can't praise YuLife more, the app was provided by my employer some time ago but I have only been using to the full for the last two months. I wish I got into it sooner because it's brilliant and has definitely encourage me to improve my fitness - I now walk more and have started cycling to work again after a long gap. I had a hip replacement in January (2025) and am having another in September, the app is helping me immensely in getting through the first operation and prepare for the second. The daily challenges are great; the voucher awards are a welcome bonus.
Sadly, my employer is withdrawing from the YuLife scheme, this is really sad but I'll continue to complete the daily challenges notwithstanding. The app/YuLife is so good I'd be more than happy to pay a personal subscription, to continue as now; regrettably this is not possible.
I wish all the YuLife team well, they are great!!

I had a query about my steps not recording on YuLife Vs my Fitbit.
Fernanda was brilliant, even though it was after 10pm at night UK time. He went through and explain what the issue could be and followed it up the next day to ensure that everything was okay.
It was a lovely experience and all was resolved.
