Please note that your order was processed with 3D Secure verification, which means the transaction required authentication directly from the cardholder through their bank. This security measure ensures that only the authorized user of the card can approve the payment. Since 3D Secure was successfully verified, your order was not flagged for manual review and was processed automatically, as no risk was detected.
We want to reassure you that there is absolutely no way for us to access or store your card details or place an order on your behalf. LOL If you did not authorize this transaction, it is likely that your card details were compromised elsewhere and used by a third party. We strongly recommend contacting your bank immediately for further investigation and securing your payment information.
Additionally, please note that we do not collect or store any personal payment data, nor do we have any control over compromised card details. We recommend reviewing any recent online purchases and removing your card details from any website where they may have been stored
