I’ve been a member at Zero Gravity Pilates since they first opened, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. One of the things that really sets them apart is their flexibility — classes don’t expire like they do at many other studios, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent without feeling pressured.

They’re also incredibly understanding and accommodating when it comes to rescheduling, which I really appreciate with a busy schedule. Another great perk is the rewards system when purchasing classes in bulk — it feels like they genuinely value their members.

The instructors are absolutely amazing. A special mention to Amy always motivating and challenging.

I’ll definitely continue to be a member at the Loughton studio. It’s been such a positive experience from the start.

Although I enjoyed the classes I think should be more guidance for complete beginners on breathing and posture during the class. I developed back issues which affected my breathing so I had to stop the classes

I paid for a subscription to the online classes. The money went out of my account but I was unable to access the classes due to an issue with the login. I have tried multiple times to get help with this, via multiple contact avenues and received no response for weeks. Finally after much stress trying to get a response from someone at the company I finally received some help. But it took almost 3weeks!! I asked for a refund for nearly a whole missed month without access to the paid platform and have had no response from anyone. I’m really disappointed with this attitude toward customer care.

Just had a Pilates class with Valentino and a new lady called Alice. Alice is fantastic very caring and explains each exercise very carefully which although I’ve been doing it for two years is super helpful. Carry on the good work love you all XX

I've been going consistently to one studio for a while now and had about 5 different instructors there. They've all discussed my injury with me, taken it seriously and helped me with modifications- while pushing me as hard as they can. It's a great workout: fun but very difficult if you want it to be. I'm such a fan. Thanks Chelmsford studio team!

Bullied during class by another student.
I put a fan on to stop myself from fainting due to a medical condition and heaters being on all over the room, no airflow and the temperature outside already being 14 degrees. I was repeatedly told off by another student and made feel so uncomfortable I left in tears after 15 minutes. Unless you’re looking for a hot yoga class, this isn’t for you. And if you have any kind of reasonable adjustment you need made, forget it. Don’t expect a refund either. “we don’t do refunds” even if you leave the early due to the unacceptable behaviour of another student

Liz was my teacher today and she is amazing. I have been a pilates fan for years training in LA and out there the standard is high as this is the workout of supermodels. Liz makes not only delivers a fantastic class but she also makes it fun which is so hard to find here in the UK. If anyone can give you a pilates body fast then this is the trainer.

Started at the beginning of the year (2023) and I’m completely addicted. I love the classes and the instructors are amazing.

Honestly the best in the business, I’ve tried and tested other Reformer Companies and Zero Gravity Pilates is my ferm favourite. Love love love

Instructors are nice but deliver minimal injury discussion pre class or 1:1 correction of form during class. But main issue is how owners treat members who move out of the area and cannot utilise unused credits, even when they were accidently purchased. Absolutely zero care, kindness or empathy for individual situations. Just want to take the money and run. Hide behind more junior staff and won't have harder comversations themselves. Money grabbing and disappointing

Very good classes, friendly and encouraging instructors, and excellent customer support (with bookings etc). Would recommend!
