We at Sugar land Music School have always had a great experience with Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. It is quick and easy to schedule an appointment and the team is always punctual, professional and efficient. They do an excellent job overall.
One thing I really appreciate is that they use a special technique in their cleaning process, so there’s no sticky residue left behind on the carpet. You can actually feel the difference—my carpets stayed cleaner longer instead of attracting dirt again quickly,despite the heavy foot traffic at the school.
Another big plus is that there’s no overpowering chemical smell afterward. The carpets just feel fresh and clean without any heavy scent, which is great.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a more effective and residue-free carpet cleaning.

The customer service was exceptional! Nathaniel came to clean my carpet and he was on time along with providing me what the process was going to be. Carpet looks great! We will be using them in the future for sure!

Our two bedroom carpets were cleaned Feb. 9th. They came out fine. The next morning, I went out my front door to see a large stained area with a salt-like residue on it. This is where the hose came into the house. It may have had a leak, though the tech denied that. I washed it down, but the stain was prominent. I called Zerorez and a different tech was sent out to power wash it. There was no effect. He said someone could put a solution on it to absorb what made the stain. No one came out for 4 business days, and when I called every day, the operator was very apologetic and said he would tell the manager. My original tech then came out and put the solution down, telling me to wash it away in 8 hours. He later texted me back and said someone would be out to do that instead. No one showed up. Then I texted the original person again who said he had been told by his manager that someone would wash it. I asked if I should just do it. He said yes, but after I did, with even scrubbing it, it left a white residue. I called, and the operator, Samantha, took my message and gave me the manager’s name of Suzanna Sierra. She never called me back either. I guess Zerorez doesn’t take responsibility for anything, thinking that two things that were tried on my walkway would be enough, but the problem wasn’t resolved. They have left us hanging.

Let me tell you. While I may have had some issues with staff, Dexter the service provider is beyond excellent. I'm a woman and being at home when people you don't know are in your house can be challenging at times...not super scary, but you want to feel safe. Dexter made me feel safe from the very beginning. You know how sometimes you get a gut feeling about people, well I got a great one about him. He was so friendly, professional, polite and communicated with great clarity. If you have to get anything done... you should request DEXTER. You won't regret it!!!

Refused to move a 1ft x 1ft plastic box to clean under it.
Cleaning system is horrible. They blew black fuzz under my bed and other areas.

**Stanley Steamer will scoot light pieces of furniture, clean the area and put styrofoam blocks under to protect the furniture, till the floor dries.

We have used Zerorez multiple times to clean our living room carpet, but this time it was cleaned exceptionally well… Stephen was meticulous with his work, and our carpet looked almost new when he had finished… highly recommend Zerorez and more specifically, Stephen….

My initial rating was four stars, mostly because I was scheduled to have the cleaner show up in the early afternoon, but in the morning he called to say he'd be here at about 9:30. We had to scurry around like crazy to vacuum, move furniture, and prepare with MUCH LESS time than we had been led to believe.
The new lower rating came about after we realized that the heat exhaust from the van parked in our driveway, which was vented to the right side, literally cooked a two-foot section of an ancient boxwood hedge. The damage was not immediately visible, but within a couple of weeks of our treatment, it was very obvious. It'll take YEARS for that damage to be repaired.

I’ve had Zerorez clean my carpets every 6 months to a year since they started doing business. Every year I get two rooms and an area rug cleaned but now they say the won’t do my area rug any more. They weren’t willing to make an exception for a long time customer and didn’t care that they were losing me as a customer. Pretty poor customer service for a ex loyal customer!

overall zeroez does a good job for us. usually have no complaints wiht the technician. however, most recently they came to our home to clean our sofa. for whatever reason they needed the spigot outside, and detached our hose. unbeknownst to us, the spigot was never closed and our side yard flooded. My issue isn't the mistake. My issue is that not one person from their management or ownership followed up to make it right. Mistakes happen. own it and move on. Bad experience.

I have used zerorez several times and was always pleased with their work altho their habit of up selling services during visits was an unwelcome feature. Yesterday carpets and upholstery were cleaned and looked great. Unfortunately the zerorez van left stains of unknown cause on my driveway . Also the techs used too much water which they failed to remove from my home office carpet . 24 hours later my moisture meter registers in the danger zone ..the office remains unusable for the 2nd day in a row ...and the company has failed to respond to several emails. Prayers the moisture does not lead to mold and sadly we will going forward need to find another cleaner.

I have never posted anything like this, but I want to share my recent experience with ZeroRez carpet cleaning company, so others can avoid the same experience. After cleaning my newer carpet, their solution left a large stain (about 4 ft. x 5 ft.) I can’t remove. They used way too much solution - the technician told me he used 7 gallons of solution on this little little area, which seems ridiculous. There was a little bit of pet smell, two little dogs that sometimes "miss" their potty pads. ZeroRez is refusing to fix the issue, citing their 30-day guarantee, even though it’s only been about two months and it's obvious it was caused by them. I wanted to share this to save others of this headache and possible permanent damage to their carpet. I wish I could post a picture, they really ruined my carpet.

The carpet cleaning was very thorough and some of the best we have had. Fair prices. Everything was explained upfront and there were no additional expenses for each stair, etc. We will continue this company as a preferred service company. The service provider was fast, reliable and so kind, especially careful on safety to avoid falls

How many times do we have to call, how long do we have to wait for our refund, I can go on & on & spread the word about how sorry your company is & that you’re advertising is totally FALSE. You can’t get carpets clean like you claim in your commercial. Your $99 special which is actually $112 is a “surface clean” with 250 degree water then they claim not to use any chemicals but if you need your carpets deep clean it’s much more BUT CANT GUARANTEE that your carpets will come out any cleaner

The quality of work by the assigned Technician was horrible. I wish I could attach photos so that you could see the shabby work of the technician, but I will attach the photos in a public review of Zerorez. It includes leaving a return ceiling vent cover hanging from one screw; leaving tape on several ceiling & floor vents; lack of quality in the furnace trunk cutouts while also leaving all the cut pieces of duct laying on the furnace room floor; leaving the furnace filter out and lying on the ground while also leaving the filter door wide open; poorly attaching the cut-out covers, leaving day-light around each one (I had to fix each cover myself with aluminum duct tape to properly seal around the patch; incorrectly applying the vent cover tape and blowing debris all over my office; dragging the equipment across our hardwood floors and against door jambs; in the middle of the service I noticed the tech walking down the street away from our home. I went and asked him why he wasn't in our home finishing the project. He informed me that his equipment keeps overheating and tripping and he has to let it cool down, so while it cooled down he was getting his steps in - ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have already shared with several neighbors who were considering having their ducts cleaned.

Technician did not spend time cleaning carpet and going slow enough to extract the water. I have had previous cleaning from this company and this was the biggest waste of time and money.

I’m bad with names so I can’t shout out the two fellas who cleaned my carpets but they performed MAGIC! I only had two rooms that were carpeted and they were both pretty dirty. My poodle marked all over both rooms so there was quite a bit of biological stuffs all over. Zerorez clean the carpets so good you couldn’t even tell I have an animal of the 4 legged and 2 legged kind. If I had 4 thumbs I’d give them all 4 thumbs up!!!!

Alexander Lipscomb made my day today! He was punctual, professional, polite, and meticulous! He started off by explaining the process of how the odor topical treatment was applied and showed me the spots on my carpet, ewe! Next, he went to work cleaning very thoroughly and had me checking his progress. Alexander did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and making it look and smell new! Thank you I will ask for you again, you are an asset to Zerorez!

So amazed at the quality, professionalism and results! Victor did an amazing job on our carpets! I bought our house 18 years ago and I cleaned carpets myself once before I moved in. They haven't been cleaned since until today. They look better now than they did then!! Living room, 3 bedrooms and hallway all done in under 2 hour. Great value, too! Thank you again.
