Hi Nick,

Thank you for your feedback.

We would like to clarify that we do offer daily promotions and rewards, including Daily Picks, where some offers are free while others may be part of paid or eligibility-based promotions. While free rewards are provided regularly, they are not guaranteed every single day.

We appreciate your comments and will ensure they are shared with the relevant team for review.

Hey Lisa,

Thank you for your review.

We understand your concerns regarding your account and withdrawal. However, following a full review of your gameplay and transaction history, it was identified that the winnings in question were generated from promotional bonus spins, and the activity associated with the offer was not combined with qualifying real-money wagering as required under the applicable terms and conditions.

As per our policy, bonus winnings must be generated and used in accordance with the conditions of the promotion. Where these conditions are not met, any winnings derived from the promotional offer may be adjusted accordingly. In this case, the original deposit amount has already been returned to your account.

We appreciate that you may disagree with this outcome; however, the decision is based on a full review of the account activity and the applicable promotional terms.

Hi Jermaine,

Thank you for your review.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Please note that all games operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that every result is completely random and independent.

This means that outcomes are based purely on luck, and spending a certain amount does not guarantee receiving a bonus or achieving higher winnings. While this can sometimes lead to disappointing results, it also ensures that gameplay remains fair and unbiased for all customers.

Hey Samuel,

Thank you for your review.

We understand your concern regarding the bonus outcome. Please note that all games operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that results are entirely random and based on chance. Unfortunately, this means that bonuses or free spins do not guarantee winnings.

While we appreciate that this may be disappointing, the outcome of gameplay is determined purely by luck and cannot be influenced or adjusted.

Hi there,

Thank you for your review.

We understand your concerns regarding the welcome bonus and would like to clarify the situation. An email was sent to you shortly after your registration informing you that your account is not eligible for receiving Daily Picks and Rewards. This determination is made in accordance with our internal policies and eligibility criteria, which are applied at the point of account creation.

We appreciate that this may be disappointing, especially after making a deposit and playing. However, eligibility for bonuses is subject to these predefined conditions, and unfortunately, we are unable to override this decision.

Hey Danny,

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and delay you have experienced.

We understand how frustrating this situation must be. Please be assured that your case has now been escalated to our Verification Department so they can update your full name to include your middle name, as required.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that the proof of age card you previously submitted cannot be accepted for verification. We kindly ask you to instead upload a valid driving licence, as we can see that it is still valid and should help you successfully complete the verification process.

Once your full name has been updated on your account, including your middle name, please attempt the verification process again using your driving licence. This should allow the verification to be completed successfully.

We truly apologise again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Hi Jilly,

Thank you for your review.

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that the welcome offer requires a qualifying deposit in order to be activated. At this time, no deposit has been made, which is why the welcome bonus has not been applied.

However, we can see that you did receive the registration gift of 10 free spins, which is provided without the need for a deposit, and these were successfully credited to your account. These have not been played yet based on our system, so ensure to login to your account, claim and play with the spins.

If you wish to benefit from the welcome offer, please ensure that you make a qualifying deposit and claim the offer accordingly.

We hope this clarifies the situation.

Hey Mike,

Thank you for your review.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this situation may feel concerning. Please rest assured that this is not a scam, and your funds remain protected in your account.

Upon review, we can see that the issue with your verification is due to a mismatch in your name. Specifically, your middle name was not included during registration, which is causing the system to not fully recognize your identity during the liveness check.

We have now escalated this to our verification team to update your full name accordingly. Once this has been completed, we kindly ask you to retry the liveness check. This should resolve the issue and lift the restrictions on your account, allowing full access to your funds.

Thank you for your patience, and please do not worry — your funds are safe and will be accessible once verification is successfully completed.
