From first discussion to quotation nothing was too much trouble for the Zoki team. My traditional outdoor sauna and changing room was installed last week, great job by the guys who did the fitting.
The quality of the materials used and the build is in my opinion far superior to other saunas on the market

This a really excellent company and sauna. They were very helpful when I visited their factory to see their saunas firsthand. Their preparatory work to get the dimensions correct was meticulous. They arrived when promised and the installation was very good. I then decided that I would have preferred a stove with external controls and they made that change, for a modest charge, a few weeks later. I am really delighted with the sauna and use it 2-4 times per week. I do recommend the external controls - easier to set and it has more precise temperature control. Also the stove with built-in controls has a slight whirring sound from the on/off/timer switch which can distract from the otherwise silence of the sauna! I highly recommended Zoki.

We are really delighted with our two person traditional outdoor sauna. The quality of the build and materials used has exceeded our expectations. The installation team was really professional, courteous and helpful. The whole buying process from first enquiry to installation has been seamless. We took Zoki’s advice on windows and are so pleased that we did. The sauna heats up really quickly and looks fantastic. So good to see a UK company manufacturing its own products and providing great customer service. We paid a little more to have the required base made by Zoki rather than doing it ourselves and we’re glad we made that decision.

From my first enquiry to the post installation care, each member of staff were approachable, friendly, helpful and professional. Unlike some of their competitors, Zoki weren’t pushy nor attempted any hard sell. They listened to me and catered to my needs accordingly and not once did they make me feel like I was being “too much trouble”, regardless of how many times I contacted them.
The quality of the infra red sauna itself is top notch and the installing engineers were fab……kind, courteous and with great attention to detail!
I had the debut sauna session on the first day of installation and I’m finding it everything that I was expecting and more!

From start to finish there was attention to detail. Location, quality of the base required, position of door and location of power source.
Installed by two professional gentlemen, very good quality and standard of workmanship.

We just had our Zoki outdoor sauna installed a couple of weeks ago after our previous Chinese made barrel sauna fell apart.
This new sauna is in a totally different class to the barrel sauna. We are so impressed with the quality of materials and construction as well as the attention to detail. I can hardly believe how little it cost compared to the competition, especially when the price included two fitters (one of whom is a director in this family business) travelling about 170 miles from Birmingham and back again, to complete the perfect installation in a matter of a few hours. I can confirm that the insulation of this cabin is extremely effective and the thermostatically controlled heater seems to spend much of the time off after the initial heating up. Communication from the office was excellent and my queries were handled in a timely manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm wholeheartedly should you be in the market for a traditional outdoor sauna.

Introduction, design discussion and visit to the company. Professional follow-up leading to final sign off. Agreed price, completion and delivery date.

All of this was done with the utmost genuine professional and friendly manner. Even down to moving the delivery date forward by agreement.

On the day of the delivery the team did a fantastic job and fully explained to operating procedure and construction details of the sauna.

It is a delight to be able to deal with a British company employing great tradesmen and delightful office and sales staff.

After much research, we were delighted to find a local manufacturer and supplier for our infrared sauna. We visited their showroom/factory, got lots of helpful advice, and being able to sit in their display saunas helped us to decide what we really wanted, as oppose to what we thought we wanted. Really love that they manufacture their own products, very knowledgeable staff, helpful and efficient. Communication with the company was always easy, and they kept us fully informed re progress. The finished 2-person sauna is brilliant, and looks perfect in our garden room, we are now enjoying our saunas and looking forward to all the health benefits. Once I found Zoki among a huge range of other providers, I quickly decided I wanted to work with a company based in the UK who manufactured their own products. Most others seemed to be importers. They always returned calls and emails promptly and provided clear help and support throughout. The installers arrived on time and did a great job.

We ordered an outdoor sauna from Zoki after a fair bit of research. The company gets deservedy solid good reviews and after speaking to the friendly member sof the team it became clear that they were our supplier of choice. Communication throughout was clear and when it came to installation they crew that turned up were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Using the sauna has been great, simple to use, but we feel great when we emerge.

From start to finish Zoki have been brilliant. My husband just happened to stumble across them and due to positive reviews we decided to plump for them to fit our Sauna. Natasha was incredibly patient and helpful as we had lots of questions and she must have dreaded us calling her but she was so helpful and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The two fitters were brilliant, they have done a fantastic job. We are really impressed with the quality of the sauna. It is very well built. Super service. From start to finish the communication with the people was excellent. Helpful and cheerful in approach, they were easy to speak to and they went into detail about the process. Delivery and set up was great. The med wer quick, polite and efficient. The only sign they had been was the beautiful sauna left behind.

Zoki’s really went out of their way to ensure that my infrared cabin sauna was absolutely perfect for me. Nothing was too much and everything was done exactly on time… despite me being a somewhat high maintenance customer! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, they really know their stuff and the result in my case is the best infrared sauna I’ve ever been in (inc. 5 star spa resorts, etc).
