I really rate this service. They have amazing customer care and even supported me two years after I initially purchased a product from them.

Great after sale advice and support - thank you

Excellent service. I have used Zoom4u before and both times found them quick to respond and really helpful. This time they went above and beyond expectations.

Helped me through a pc changeover with software transfer, - brilliant!

I had a problem and Steve has been very helpful.
It means a lot when you buy something online and the help is there when you need it. Would recommend ZOOM4U.

Very quick and efficient service. Many thanks.

Delighted , fast response

Steve was super helpful - can't thank him enough!

Helpful at point of purchase Jan 2018, and with query now 15 months on!

Prompt response and solution to the issues that I raised

I had to re-install my OS for my Mac, The support given by Karl and Steve at Zoom4U to assist with re-installing my MS Office for Mac was first class. Would use this company again.

Reading other comments, I was a little concerned about purchasing Software from Zoom4u, but I have to say the price was unbeatable, and now over 12 months after making my purchase, I had a problem reinstalling the software after my hard disk crashed, and they were both quick to reply and willing to help! I cannot fault their Customer Service, so if you are wondering about it, I can totally recommend purchasing software from Zoom4u!

Excellent trustworthy and responsive service. Zoom4u were very quick to help me (again) with a problem relating to my laptop. Would definitely use again thank you.

Had a problem with reactivating my Office package after a Windows update then a problem with Accessing Word both Steve and Kush were absolutely brilliant they persevered with me trying different solutions and they managed to fixed it for me in the end, what stars.

I would highly recommend Zoom4u for the customer service alone and I would add that it was over a year ago I purchased this and the service was still top marks.

Had a problem with the installation of office and emailed the sales team and got a response within the hour which sorted out the issue.

Rapid & thoroughly helpful response to my self-induced problem.

Brilliant service and speed as always, highly recommended!

Real old fashioned service like from a time when people truly cared.
My initial software purchase experience was good and I had been very pleased using it. Unfortunately about 10 months after the purchase and nothing to do with Zoom4u, one of the Windows 10 automatic updates completely wiped out my computer. To get it working again meant reformatting the hard disk with the loss of all my software and data (fortunately the latter was backed up). Zoom4u were excellent and got me up and running again.
You often only find out how good a supplier really is when things go wrong and how they react. Zoom4u were excellent.
