Part replacement.

Love XbotGo Chameleon and Falcon!

I've been a user of XbotGo Chameleon for a year, and recently upgraded to XbotGo Falcon. I love both products - the convenience of usage, the simplicity of the application on my iPhone, and overall quality of recording and features without the (biggest selling point) handcuffs of monthly subscriptions. The products work well for 7x7, 9x9, and 11v11 soccer games, which are my primary use cases. Highly recommend, especially the Falcon as it made significant improvements on quality of recording!

Not impressed

I purchased the new Xbot falcon and received at the end of Jan, to record various 11v11 and 7v7 football matches but I’m utterly disappointed with how poor the tracking of the games are and inability to zoom in on the action or even just follow the action. I stupidly persevered thinking maybe I just needed to try different set ups or I was doing something wrong but I should have just returned it straight away. Now it’s gone past the 30 day returns policy and I’m left with a pretty useless camera.

I have amended my review to 2 stars due to the service I have received since writing my review. Xbot go got in touch and offered to extend my return period and have given me a refund. I would definitely consider using further products if the technology was developed further and was more reliable. But for now the camera missed too many goals for me to consider using at this stage.

I was so excited when I saw new…

I was so excited when I saw new product the Xbotgo Falcon!! It already been looking at the chameleon and had decided to purchase one. But I saw that they were advertising the falcon in my mind was made up!! I'm so excited about to features and capturing highlights data and option to be in 4K is great. I called customer service had an issue or misunderstanding what was included and they made it right for me by offer me a remote control to go along with my purchase!! This will enhance my usage of their product can't wait!!!

Great experience with XbotGo! The device worked wonderfully for filming hockey for two months. When a hardware issue came up, the support team was thorough and responsive — they investigated the problem, confirmed my warranty status, and proactively offered a replacement. Really impressed by how they handled the situation and went the extra mile to make it right. Excellent customer support. Highly recommend!

Great performance of the Falcon camera in different lighting conditions

We are C.D. Els Ibarsos, a regional football club in Spain, and we have been using the XbotGo Falcon camera for some recent matches.

So far, the results have been very positive. We have tested it in night matches as well as in challenging situations with direct sunlight facing the camera, and the video quality has impressed us in both cases. The tracking works well and the overall recording quality meets our expectations for competitive matches.

One of the best features for us is the ability to edit and trim recordings directly in the app without having to pay for a subscription. This makes a big difference compared to other solutions on the market and adds great value to the product.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the XbotGo Falcon and would recommend it to other football clubs looking for an easy and reliable recording solution.

Compassionate Customer Service

I purchased the Xbot Falcon from xbots Kickstarter campaign. The camera and tripod arrived ontime as xbot said it would as per the Kickstarter campaign. Everything about the camera was excellent and I was really enjoying filming my kids with it then tragedy struck. After an evening game the tripod was left on the top of my trucks Tonneau cover and we drove off. Unfortunately the tripod along with the camera mount was destroyed when it fell off the truck mid trip. I was really upset and when I reached out to customer support with xbotgo. They were very understanding of my situation which helped me feel some relief from the stupid mistake I had made. Even though I was willing to pay to have the parts replaced because I understood the fault was mine, they replaced all the broken parts for free, which was unexpected and amazing.

I just wanted to share my experience with the xbotgo customer service team. Let me start by saying that my xbotgo chameleon allows me to share my son's soccer games with his grandparents that live across the country and that means a lot to me and my family. After buying a new phone, I had connection problems. The customer service team really went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I'm not good with technology but they were able to walk me through fixing the problem. They were courteous and knowledgeable.
