Bought the water softener and drinking system a month ago, so far so good. Definitely see an improvement on water stains and limescales. Installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. Also Quickly shipping and delivery. Overall I’d say it’s pretty good value for money. Will recommend my friends to try it out too.
The staff was very patient in explaining to me the difference between Water Softeners and Water Purifiers which I was also told many people do not understand the real difference between them.
Then I was led to make the correct purchase and was offered a discount (which is always good haha). I got the water softener and the water purifier.
The machines arrived today, and some DIY was required. Very straightforward though a bit time-consuming as well. Took me around 2 hours to fit both the softener and the purifier in, another 15 minutes to have the softener set up and running.
