I received a completely wrong display model. It does not match the product image or model mentioned on the website and does not fit my laptop at all. The connector is extended outside the display panel, which is different from the original laptop display.

Customer support is extremely poor. I raised a complaint but did not get any response. Wasted time and money. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Xparts.In is the biggest scam. I ordered Macbook air M1 A2337 screen display on 18th of December and received on 29th Dec. Guess what? They sent me Macbook pro with broken screen, cracked and mismatched product, also no connector. I called them no one answered. Their CEO or some representatives or whatever called name is something Chandrayee Mukherjee. No response. It's all fake. I simply paid 29000 to them and now im helpless. Don't ever buy from this website. Instead you report this website. Such a fraud

SCAM ALERT – FAKE SPARES & NO RESPONSE
I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro display (Order #122369, ₹5,739) from Xparts.
Delivery was neat and clean with no physical damage. I did not remove any stickers or seals.
I only connected the display to my phone for testing, and the display was completely NOT WORKING.
I shared video proof immediately, but there was ZERO response:
No call
No reply
No replacement
No refund
After multiple reminders and even a final warning, they completely ignored me.
This clearly shows fraud behavior and selling defective / fake spare parts.
⚠️ 100% SCAM – DO NOT BUY FROM XPARTS
You will lose your money and get no support.

I ordered a 16 gb ddr4 laptop ram but it never got delivered money deducted but no update on delivery it's a total fraud company and if you care about your money don't ever buy products from this fraud website

They will never send you the parts you ordered the customer care number never works, and no reply on WhatsApp

I purchased a battery for my phone at a higher price from this website as they were offering 6 months warranty. The battery was faulty. They pasted 'OK TESTED' sticker without quality checking which they brag on their website. After that I wrote emails and tried to contact on the WhatsApp to claim the warranty, but no reply whatsoever. I should have read the online reviews before wasting my money and time with these frauds.

Ordered battery which said "OEM" on the product details page. Got fake one. Sent emails for support. Not reply. Don't recommend to anyone

No update on order of a replacement keyboard for over a week. Absolutely unprofessional operation bordering on scam.

i ordered for Pixel 3XL battery but they shipped Pixel 3AXL battery (wrong item delivered). But they resisted to take the return/replace/refund. Day time robbery.

I ordered a spare part from their website they mentioned that it has original equipment manufacturer OEM but they sent me a copy of that not original product which would cost me even less than half the price of that same thing. They don't reply to my emails, neither their phone number works nowhere, neither whatsapp nor calls.

Maine is company se 2023 mein prathna gae the unhone mujhe bahut hi achcha support kiya tha yahan tak ki galat item aane ke bad unhone mujhe replacement mein bhi kafi support kiye the Lekin Aaj 2025 mein jab Main vahan contact kar mere ko Vish kar raha hun to koi bhi respond nahin Mil Raha Hai Main nahin jaanta ki Aisa kyon kar rahe hain. Is company ki burai karne mein aaj mujhe bahut hi dukh raha hai ki yah log Aaj apni service acche nahin De Pa rahe hain...

Cheating customers. Send a cheap knock off. No way to contact customer service (I don't think it exists.)

xParts.IN indulges in wrong business practices and cheat their customers. Their advertised phone number doesn’t work and they don’t answer their emails. I ordered a back housing cover order number 119695 (Rs1000) and a LCD display order number 119694 (Rs3000)for vivo V19 on 29th of June. but i was cancelled that item due to long days takes for delivery and the item was successfully delivered to xparts on 10 July by delivery partner delivery. I provided them with all the proofs of return item delivered but they stopped responding to my emails after initial response. Very bad customer service and unprofessional company indulging into unethical business practices. Don’t deal with them. I lost my money but you can avoid getting trapped.

I ordered a battery for Nokia 8.3 5g which is HQ480 but they supplied HQ430 battery. What was shown on their website and invoice was correct battery but product delivered was incorrect. I provided them with all the proofs of wrong item delivered but they stopped responding to my emails after initial response. Very bad customer service and unprofessional company indulging into unethical business practices. Don’t deal with them. I lost my money but you can avoid getting trapped.

It was advertised as NEW OEM part however Replacement backcover for my phone was used and with scratch and discoloration.
No proper support option.
I am sure its second hand product and could be from used phone.
Order only if you are ok with used parts.

Terrible Experience – Avoid xParts and This Product

I ordered a OnePlus 12 green back panel replacement from xParts after speaking with their pre-sales executive, Rahul Choudhary, who assured me that I'd get actual product images post-payment and a full refund if the quality wasn't up to mark. I paid ₹1984 in advance based on this promise.

The images I received showed poor-quality, non-OEM parts—nowhere close to original. I immediately requested to cancel the shipment, but since then, I’ve been ignored, blocked, and completely shut out by their team despite multiple follow-ups via call and email.

Even after speaking to a senior member, Akash Das Gupta, there was no resolution. Eventually, they responded by refusing a refund and falsely accusing me of misusing their support system.

This is not just bad service—it feels like a scam. The company doesn’t honor its own promises, and their behavior is highly unprofessional. Avoid buying anything from xParts. Don’t fall for fake assurances. Once they get your money, you’re on your own.

This website is a white collar scam by some unemployed graduates.

1. The copy products are sold with high price tags.

2. When you order via COD they will call you and say to pay 20% of the amount to make sure order is not fake. Then why are they saying in the website that they have COD.

3. After you pay the 20% amount then you can't cancel the item even on the same day. They will say product is shipped which is totally a lie.
