Great service! I had lots of luggage and the car I ordered was more than big enough for everything. Driver was bang on time and very friendly, would definitely recommend going with these guys. It's nice to support a smaller company rather than a big corporation like Uber. And was actually cheaper than uber!

Highly recommend! I needed to arrange a taxi from Heathrow airport to Euston Station for my daughter who wouldn't have use of a mobile when she landed. Spoke to a lovely, helpful gentleman who arranged a meet & greet, and true to his word they were faultless. They even sent me a text message to confirm when she was at Euston.

Friendly and prompt
I found Xpress through Minicabit and chose them for the 5 stars and a discounted price. My driver communicated clearly and met me at the departures exit at LHR terminal 2. He helped me with my bag, confirmed my address, and ensured I was comfortable. The van was clean and fresh-smelling. We had a useful chat about the state of the world (sigh) but also lots of quiet time for me to send messages and enjoy the feeling of returning home. Was completely satisfied with the service provided.
