At the first time I had to call back as…

At the first time I had to call back as I didnt have the correct paperwork. the gentleman was very understanding. The second time I called, the lady helped me through things, and stayed on the phone until I was onto the webpage. Very understanding on both occasions.

Sarah the lady I spoke was very helpful

Sarah the lady I spoke to could not do more help me really friendly and easy to talk to I got all the information I need it was not rushed and Sarah explained everything to me
I was nervous at the beginning of the conversation, but at the end it was great thank you, Sarah.

Impressed with the efficient and reassuring service

My queries - problems with logging into my account and my pensions payments - were dealt with efficiently and promptly. The adviser was knowledgeable and friendly and very reassuring.
The only slight issue I had was with the wait time before my call was answered, but I gather it was an unusually busy time. Very pleased overall.

Appalling customer services

I rang today with a pension enquiry about an issue XPS were failing at. Almost impossible to speak to anyone. I was told that due to long call waiting times, I could opt for a call back. I waited an age for the call back and then when it arrived I immediately got cut off. Called back straightaway and I've how been waiting nearly an hour and still no one has answered. The most annoying recorded music is played while you're waiting, which is so bad that it can only been chosen to stop people remaining on the phone. Appalling customer service. I can't believe large companies employ this bunch of incompetents to run their pension schemes.

Pension transfer impossible

Requested forms on 2nd Jan to transfer my pension. It is now 30th January and still no forms despite chasing it up three times over the phone and once on email....
