What made my experience great was the lights. I loved how creative it was and customizable, with several different colors.X rocker does well with the comfort of the chairs, which i hope continues in the future.

I purchased 2 of the x rocker gaming loft beds for my 2 littles. They were so excited to come home from school and see them! These products took a couple of hours to assemble, but well worth it. The lights, design and quality are excellent! The instructions made it a simple task. I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. :)

So on 30 December 2025, I purchased a Xrocker octane gaming office chair item#7032901 from Walmart. On 31 December 2025, I received it. On 1 January, I was starting to put together the chair, I grabbed 1 bolt (item Q) and base (item i1) to install the 5 legs. While tightening the bolt, it snapped up by the head of it and the rest of the bolt was in the base. On 2 January 2026, I sent a email to support with pictures of the broken bolt and receipt from Walmart. I also tried several numbers to get ahold of customer service but no answer and having to leave a message. The warranty I purchased won’t cover it because I have to contact the manufacturer. I also called Walmart customer to see if I could get replacement parts but have to box it back up and get a refund. So it left me very frustrated because it is a nice chair but no customer service at all.

My X-Rocker chair has been with me for a full year now and is still amazing. It is still completely comfortable, I am able to adjust it as needed and it has fit all my needs so far. I would definitely continue to get more from X-Rocker in the future.

Purchased a gaming chair, first very impression with the price, much more affordable than other brands. Very easy to assemble and had well written instructions! Looking to add more products to my son's room and a makeover would be awesome!
