No support and a terrible tool
I was very excited to use XSMTP, I created a paid account, connected domain 1 of 3, already there was issues, with allot of back and forth with support (and plenty of reminders) I managed to connect the domain
Then, domain 2 of 3... also had issues, I emailed support (WITH screenshots) AND submitted a ticked, send a couple of reminders about the issue, they replied BUT the reply was about domain 1 ... that is when I realised this tool and support is only going to give me headaches
I just removed everything asked them to close my account (not sure if the did but doesn't matter)
Horrible experience, software should not exist
(you can also do your own research, plenty of similar complaints online)

Domain verification is usually completed by adding the provided DNS records, but the process can occasionally become more complicated depending on the domain registrar, hosting provider, or DNS propagation. That said, our response regarding the wrong domain added unnecessary confusion, and we acknowledge that we should have handled your request more carefully.
We are reviewing what happened so we can improve both our onboarding process and the accuracy of our support responses.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with XSMTP.
After purchasing a subscription, I faced constant email delivery issues. Many emails were not being delivered at all — not to the inbox, and not even to the spam folder. I repeatedly contacted customer support through their official channels and WhatsApp, but my messages were either ignored or left unanswered for days.
After becoming frustrated with the lack of response and ongoing service problems, I sent a message expressing my frustration. Shortly afterward, my subscription was cancelled without any prior warning, explanation, or opportunity to resolve the issue.
At the time of cancellation, more than 15 days were still remaining on my paid plan. No refund was provided, no notice was given, and no proper communication was made. In addition, both of my phone numbers appear to have been blocked, making it impossible for me to contact the company regarding my account or refund.
My concerns are:
• Poor email deliverability despite having a paid subscription.
• Lack of customer support and communication.
• Subscription cancelled without prior notice.
• No refund for the unused portion of the service.
• Being blocked instead of receiving assistance.
I am sharing my experience so that potential customers can make an informed decision. I would appreciate a proper response from XSMTP regarding the cancellation and refund of my remaining subscription period.
And the proof they guys share in replied.. the first one is of my real conversation but Second one is fake they immediately cancel subscription and services had stopped immediately they scammed money and they are talking about weekends they haven't replied me more than 7 days.. I have many proof to share they becoming too clever sharing have proof I will show everyone full chat and the services had been stopped immediately..
there reponse there server throttling all the time and they said no email in queue they are totally scammers

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with your experience. However, several important details have been omitted from this review.
Our service is actively used by multiple customers, and support response times are clearly communicated, including that support is unavailable on weekends. Despite this, our team received repeated messages on a Sunday demanding an immediate response, followed by abusive language directed at support staff.

Your recurring subscription was initially cancelled because of this conduct, but your account access remained active for the rest of the paid period, as we clearly explained. Access was terminated only after the abusive communication continued through a different WhatsApp number.

Abusive or threatening behaviour toward support staff is not acceptable and is a violation of our Terms of Service. Relevant communication records have been retained and can be provided to the review platform or appropriate authorities if required.
We remain committed to assisting customers professionally, but we also have a responsibility to provide a safe and respectful working environment for our team.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our platform does send emails successfully, but inbox delivery can be affected by factors such as sender reputation, email content, authentication, recipient engagement, and mailbox-provider filtering.
You can verify that the sending system is functioning by sending a test email to a Mail-Tester address.
