Stay away..customer service is non…
Stay away..customer service is non existent when u complain..constantly says playback error reconnect. Then goes 1-5 and says can't connect on movies and series...glad I didn't do a year...so wish i only done a month..I have superfiber aswell

Absolute rubbish service worked perfect for the trial then after subscribing wouldn't work kept freezing tried getting my money back but kept promising to refund it then never received it this has been going on since November AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Worked great for a few months
Worked great for a few months, has been down now for a week. Have tried every communication channel I have with them and got 0 replies. I have 10 Annual subscriptions with them, so you can imagine the flack I’m getting from people.
100% avoid.

Do not use this service!!! I have been using this service for 6 days now and their sever has gone down 3 times and takes several hours to get the service back.
The website claims to give you a 7 day refund window from purchase date and will be processed within a few hours (1-5). This is a lie!!! I requested a refund 2 days ago and I have had no response. I have also sent several messages without any success.

Best service for UK channels
Just renewed my subscription for another year. In my opinion xtream are the best for UK channels. FHD, UHD and SD for many of the channels. All the usual sports and movie channels. Also a good, reliable EPG for most of the channels.
