I am so happy that Yalla Baby Box launched, it is so needed for mums here. It saves me so much time, effort and stress knowing that what I need is already pre ordered and coming on the day I asked for it. No rushed last minute trips to the shops!

It was excellent. If not for the one item I ordered that was not available but they called me and asked if they can replace it with a different brand, its perfect. Will definitely order again or maybe subscribe.

Ran out of diapers, ordered late night & yalla baby were there, at my door, the very early morning. I v been dealing with them for around 2 years now & they are the best.

I received a monthly subscription with Yalla Baby Box as a gift when my twins were born in Sept 2019. I was blessed with a 3rd addition to the family shortly after. I now have 3 babies in nappies and decided to continue with the subscription as I wouldn't be able to survive without my monthly delivery. Their service is reliable and they always throw in a small and thoughtful gift in the box. They keep up to date with what's on the baby market and have a wide range of toys/nappies/ baby products on their website that you can select to add to the box. I am never stressed or without nappies and rushing to the supermarkets at inconvenient times. I highly recommend this company and their service.

This is to report repetative incident of receiving damaged boxes with broken seals! This time I edited my cart 4 days before the delivery date, however I received the same old box, and the edited items were pushed to new upcoming order!

UPDATE: the team contacted me, heard my concerns and made it sure I wont face these issues again. They ask me if i'd like to make changes in the box so they can resend it. I am changing the rating to 4 stars. They gave me a coupon for compensation as well. I am still availing their service as it makes life easier to get baby stuff at you door step!

Yalla Baby has hands down the best customer service in the city! Not only the convenience but the team itself is such a pleasure to deal with! It definitely has made my life easier not having to worry about essentials being stocked up. The prices are already much better than leading supermarkets with the subscription but then they just top it off with throwing in some samples with each box and the credits are just the cherry on the cake! I have been using yalla baby box for 9 months now ever since my younger daughter has been born and it has been an absolutely amazing and so convenient as compared to my older one being a baby and constantly running to the store for basic baby essentials used to be pretty annoying. I highly recommend yalla baby they are extremely efficient with their deliveries and the packaging speaks for it self! Now my baby also looks forward to her box being delivered every month!
