I only purchase in the sale as I think the full priced items are way over priced. I purchased a turban and a few abayas for my girls. Quality is good but now the prices have increased and I personally don't think its affordable.
Would I buy again? Only from the sale now.

Unmatched quality and designs for children. I was so sick of black sparkly abaya and it's not always easy to shop in shops from abroad with no international shipping. A bit pricey but nice for occasions like eid. Unfortunately the carrier (dpd) is rubbish please consider using another.

I purchased a baby romper from here for my son a while ago.
I absolutely loved the outfit, the design, detailing, colour and other businesses I came across were not as good as Yallaworld.
They have so many nice mother and daughter outfits I also love.

Got two kaftans for my daughters. Items were beautiful, very nice fabric and finishing.
Items were delivered in 3 to 4 days. Had to pay $35 for shipping wish it was a little cheaper.

Shopping was easy, although sometimes my size was not available, but that clearly due to demand, as the abayas and jalabias are beautiful, well made.
I got thebitems for myself and my daughters, true to size, was perfect.
Shipping was fast, no hassle.

I purchased an abaya for myself and a romper for my daughter for Eid and I’ve been really impressed the quality of their clothing! I also received my order the next day which was a pleasant surprise since I paid for standard shipping. Faultless and seamless experience from start to finish!

My go to every eid! Always get compliments on my family's outfits! Super speedy delivery too it literally arrived the next day

I bought an eid outfit for my son from here. Paid for next day delivery and never arrived! They don't reply and when they do its hours later. This is not the first time I've had issues with them, last time EXACTLY the same thing happened! Thanks for leaving my son without an eid outfit. Crooks! Ive never had any issues when using dpd with any other company so it leads me to one conclusion which is that something is wrong with what these crooks are doing! Beware, if you spend money with these guys you'll have nothing but problems!

bought my son his kandora for Eid from here. The romper is genius and the material is very good. I ended up purchasing myself a matching kandora and ghutrah! Will definitely be ordering more! please bring more colours

I bought my daughter a few jalabeyas for our holiday to dubai she loved them and got lots of compliments. had an issue with one jalabeya sizing but customer service sorted it straight away so I'm happy. will definitely order again

I am a UK Customer. STAY AWAY FRIM THOLIS JOKE OF A COMPNAY! I was hesitant to purchase with these clowns due to the poor reviews in here, but gave them the benefit of the doubt as they are a muslim company.

Made a huge mistake, these clowns took 8 days and me messaging them to dispatch my order which I need tomorrow. Now I won't have the outfit in tine for my Sons Aqiqa.

Just avoid these idiots, on top they have the worst customer service, I wanted to order something which was only available in tbe IS warehouse and they wanted to charge me 40 pounds dhl international delivery. When I tried talking to the whats up customer service agent he kept repeating the same rubbish and had no answers.

I purchased two garments from them so my kids could match for Eid. One of the garments they sent were the wrong style and size. I told them I’d return both and need a full refund. They agreed. They couldn’t send me a prepaid shipping label but they emailed and said to send them the receipt and that they’d refund it to me along with the refund of my order. They are now refusing to give me a full refund for the order and refusing to reimburse me for shipping. I have it all documented in my email.

Terrible customer service!! A nightmare to deal with. Some nice abaya and prices but they have serious problems with dispatch forgetting items, AWFUL email response time and do not resolve issues!!! I had to sort it out on Facebook and even then had to repeat all the information several times. AVOID it’s like annahharriri 2.0. They need an intervention or just shut down.

Order placed a month ago, item never arrived. Several correspondence with the company by email where they were investigating the matter with the shipping warehouse. Pretty self explanatory solution for all businesses to offer a refund / new item when the tracking shows item was dispatched with no further updates following it and no proof of delivery. Still waiting for their investigations to conclude when all evidence shows the item did not arrive. Not a business I would have confidence in ordering from again.

Bought lots of chocolate from them and one of them came down we’d expect it to be refunded or at least replaced and this was not a only 10% discount if it’s a Muslim company I am ashamed to say that you are taking someone’s hard and money which they have bought to give to other people It is completely wrong and you should be mindful of what you are doing, especially in the month of the ramadhan.

Placed an order which was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. 6 days later I've heard nothing from them. So I've emailed abd sent them messages and received no response on anything. Absolutely terrible customer service.
