Excellent service.
I received a phone call to advise of an out of stock item followed by photos of alternatives as Yarn Worx wanted to catch the pre Easter post.
Brilliant place to deal with.

Fantastic service from Yarn Worx. Ordered and items were dispatched the very same day.

Excellent service

As always, buying from
Yarn Worx is easy. They always have a variety to choose from and their site is easy to navigate.

Great service, very knowledgeable and useful advice given to help me choose the right yarns, prompt shipping.

Lovely, clear website, with so much choice.
A brilliant add on service to have yarn in a ball rather than a hank.
Items reasonably priced and sent quickly.

Great choices and good service , will use this shop again and good value .

Speedy response. My order was shipped without a hiccup. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this company.

Lovely yarn and great service.

The yarn I purchased is absolutely beautiful. I purchased some of the YarnWorx hand dyed worsted weight yarn and the colours are true to the website, in fact they are better in real life. The feel of the yarn is very soft and not at all scratchy.

As always the perfect shopping experience. Lovely friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable friendly staff. My favourite wool shop

Absolutely stunning yarn, and such an enticing online selection. I also bought a beautiful stitch counter which is wooden and (I think) handmade by you - a lovely gift for a friend.
The parcel took a while to arrive, but I think that was because I ordered just as you closed for two days. I will use your lovely shop again!

Fabulous service
First class customer service

Good quality product punctual peasant delivery experience

The yarn selection is delightful, although some products were unavailable, which required some extra time to manage.

Prompt packaging and posting of my order. Took a bit longer to be delivered due to the Christmas/NYE holidays, but that’s on the Post Office.
Fantastic range of goods and always helpful if I have a query.

The service was fantastic, with speedy processing and shipping. Plus, the products exceeded my expectations. The sock blockers are more durable than I imagined, and the surprise yarn is fantastic. Much appreciated!

Always happy when I order from yarnworx _ beautiful yarn and great service
