Initial stages of letting ,pleasant staff and great correspondence. Few maintenance issues were had and rectified but correspondence regarding these, and the action of, was timely and would be my only critique.

I have been letting my flat in Glasgow through Yates Hellier for well over 5 years. They helped me finding excellent tenants. They have dedicated members of staff who always contact me promptly when there is an issue to be resolved. As I was not in contact with my tenants, I can not speak on their behalf. However, my first tenant stayed for 5 years and I would like to think that the tenant was happy, staying in my flat which was well managed by Yates Hellier. I cannot recommend this reliable and trustworthy agent highly enough to anybody who is a landlord or a prospective tenant.

Ross Yates came to our home to do a valuation on it as one of what we had planned as a number of valuations when considering putting our home on the market last year. (He had showed us around one of his properties we had put an offer on, and we were taken by his open and friendly manner that didn’t come with the hard sell that can often happen with estate agents.) After meeting with Ross and listening to his honest, considered and straightforward valuation and what we might wish to consider doing that might improve on it, we decided not to bother with other valuations and stuck with Ross and Yates Helier. Ross managed all the viewings, was very helpful and supportive and gave great advice throughout. Without any hesitation if we decided to move again we would be calling Ross and would suggest to anyone we knew who was considering selling to contact Ross at Yates Helier to hear what he has to say. We are very grateful for his dedication and support with his ‘Rolls Royce’ service. Also, Natalie in the office was very helpful and supportive, so it’s only fair for us to share some of that praise with her. Yates Helier - highly recommended and thank you! 😃

Selling my flat in the west end of Glasgow was hassle free thanks to Yates Hellier. They arranged for the flat to be marketed within a week of meeting them. I was really impressed by the photos and video taken of the flat and how they dealt with the viewings. They were proactive throughout the sale and ultimately achieved a great price for the flat.
