Ordered some replacement parts on Halloween of last year. Their website still only says "order confirmed." Never received tracking information and zero response from Yecco customer service. Pretty discouraging.

I ordered a replacement part 6 months ago. Still heard nothing from them.

Very Very long delivery times.

I would like to write a good review about the product but the product Gt3 never arrived.

I am waiting now almost for 5 months for my order.
When i write a mail to the support from this company it takes a long time until they answered and some mails they are not even answering.

The delivery is now so long ago that my dpd tracking number is not even working anymore.
So i have no idea whats going on in other words ....

They told me like a month ago that the board is seized from the customs to europe but in the tracking information the board was not sent yet.

I recommend to take care with this company because i really dont know if the board will ever arive or if my 1000 dollars are lost.

I hope the support will answer my mails and will sent the board finally because they have my money since almost 5 months now.

Unbelievable....

Avoid this company - not only are their products poorly made, their customer service is almost non-existent. My GT arrived with issues; it was incredibly noisy due to a bent rear truck, it had pneumatic tires that would not fit properly and a deck that looked like it had been slapped together in the dark. After 3 months, the rear trucks gave out, after I'd already chewed through 3 belts and burned out two motors. To their credit, Yecoo replaced a tire, but I was on the hook for everything else. I ordered the items. Three months later I was embroiled in a dispute with my credit card company - Yecoo did not fill my order. They took my money, but never sent me anything. To make things worse, they would not respond to my emails. I eventually got my money back and bought a WowGo (a WAY better product). Fast forward two years: I decided to fix the old Yecoo and reorder the parts. That was a month ago. My account shows that they received my money, but never filled my order (AGAIN!!). After five unanswered emails, they finally responded - they wanted video proof that the rear trucks were actually broken before they would fill the order. Are you kidding me??? They have stopped responding to my emails asking for (another) refund and they have not shipped my order either. This company is a joke and should be avoided at all costs - they make subpar boards, have zero quality control, do not respond to their customers and take money without filling the orders. And really, when was the last time you had to prove to a company that their product was broken before they would fill an order for replacement parts that you already paid for?? Seriously, this company is run by disorganized, uncaring, imbeciles peddling toy grade electric skateboards that are garbage, right out of the box. Buy from a real company and remember that you get what you pay for - at Yecoo, you're paying for lousy products, poor quality parts, an apathetic customer service department and a ton of frustration. Avoid at all costs.

I bought GT3 half a month ago, which is a new product from Yecoo.
I've been riding it for a week and it's doing really well.
It's got a lot of power and a long range.
This is a board worthy of recommendation.

I placed the order mid april and received it mid june, little over 2 month delivery, seller, who I was in contact with over their fb chat support, said it was stuck in customs entering europe.

However. Now that I finally received the board, I can finally give it the review it deserves

The board it self, the GTS is a rebranding of the Jupiter01 from Jking. Buildquality is very high, everything seems in order. So far I only ridden once, but this board is most definitly powerful. Im a large (1 eyed female alien) but the board has no problem with me. The big AT wheels make the board stick well to ground, and you dont feel small uneven surfaces very much. I rode on cobblestones, which wasnt super pleasent, but no problem at all. Pebble on the road presented no problem either. Very smooth indeed.
Acceleration and brakes are powerful.

If it wasnt for the long delivery, it would be a 5 star review.
