I’ve used the website for around two years. I was doing alright in the beginning but for the past few months, it’s terrible. Specially if you send them higher than 100€. They get your money instantly but it takes them more than the say to transfer it. Currently they said they couldn’t transfer because of an error (apparently they didn’t have money in their accounts), but now they’re website is down for two days and there isn’t any communication methods.

Fraudulent company

Emailed 100 times got maybe 20 different responses asking for different information.

Replied to everything

They say my funds have been sent to financial department for processing.

I have had this reply 10 times in 6 months but they kept my money.

100% not worth trying this company

can anybody tell me which stores use yekpay

They are not the fastest, but definitely not a scam. My bank returned a payment back to Yekpay due to suspicious transaction. It took a few weeks but Yekpay traced this payment and sent to my other bank account of choice.

this site is a fraud , they need to be shut down they let you make a request and take payment in your wallet , but to wire to your bank account ,is problem you will contact them there will no be any respond , do your self a favor stay away from this yekpay they are scammers , they scam me of my money ,, and my money still on there website sin 3 month now

Don’t trust Yek Pay..

I have £5000 in my account with them and they have not released the funds to my bank account.

I have emailed many times and responded to all their questions.

They asked for proof we sent out products, proof of postage, proof of purchase also which we sent.

I started trying to withdraw funds 3-4 weeks ago and still my money is stuck there and they don’t respond to my email.

I would say this company is possibly Fraudulent or at least very close to fraud.

Very dodgy terms and conditions they have.

Definitely would not recommend them.

I’m thinking about speaking legal advice if they don’t respond soon.

I will get advise from my lawyer to see what can be done.

Only after threatening with legal action and over 100 messages over a 4-5 month period did I finally get my funds out minus 5% fee and transfer fees also.

Definitely would not consider using these clowns again.

Got my money in the end so it wasn’t fraud.

This site is a scam site I repeat they scammer if anyone need proof I will prove I have my 3000 euro on there site for the past 3 months they dont let me withdraw my money,,, when you call there number the answer and hang up the call it take day before they reply your mail,
Even when they reply they make excuses.. you reply there mail it take days before they reply again,, dont use this site unless you want to have the say experiences as me ,when you want to request money they charge the sender quiz and you will see the balance in your yekpay account immediately,, the problem is when you want to withdraw to your own bank account..
The site need to be shut down

Bad reviews are fake ones. It's a reliable company. I'm working with them for 4+ months and they are always online on live chat (unkess vacations). I have received money from UK and Australia without any problem. Their commissions and exchange rates are not good enough.

I don't know why some persons say they are scammer😕
I've used the Yekpay for several times for about a year and what can I say about them is below sentence:
Yekpay is a reliable, trustworthy, certified and fast company

Hey, using yekpay for 10 months to pay to our branches in middle-east. Last month on 1 &2 may some of my transaction held by yekpay. I inquire from the bank . they told me there were some problems in their payment gateway and they asked the yekpay to hold the money. after sending some docs that proved everything is ok, yekpay payout the money. Thank you yekpay !!!

At first, it was awful but now it is better and it seems they are trying to fix the problems.

I am using Yekpay about 4 - 5 months for transferring money with my family and I am happy with them

im sure that bad review about yekpay is from a kid !
yekpay is international bank . they have buyer protections and that bad comments about it is not true i use it more than 15-20 times for pay to my freelancers and everything gone good or maybe perfect !
yekpay linked you to zigurat bank and you can see its 100% legal
and yekpay just accept the visa or master cards with 3D secure its mean your personal bank send a security code by sms for you and you must enter it then Money will be deducted from your card
i can upload all of my payments photo here all all successfully without any issue

Yekpay.me is a great feature of yekpay.com that use for transferring money instantly, I use it and recommend it.

I think these reviews are not fair. I need support, and they helped me after payment. Their office is not virtual, I visited them, even they have an exchange office at Ankara that I receive cash from them, with great respect. the central bank of Iran has proved them. I just visited the central bank of Iran page their head company Ribo royal is authorized

After using Yekpay my card information was being used to purchase items outside of the us.

This is iran base in Turkiye working unlicenced and give fake licence infromations scamer, fraud web site. Never believe to thay.

In Turkiye base on use : Royal petrokimya (YEŞİLKÖY MAH. ATATÜRK CAD. EGS BUSİNESS PARK B2 BL. NO:12/1 BAKIRKÖY - BAKIRKÖY / İSTANBUL / TÜRKİYE) has virtual office in in this address and all activation has have fake and frauded activity! Havent any licence and base on scams activity!

This base use ushopit.org virtual pos in Turkiye Ziraat Bankası and lookign same like payment system and took / crook money... First start recieve money after never seen and contact anyone! All doors is close and stop all contacts!
