Everything about our experience with Yellow Zebra from planning all the way through support during the safari was absolutely excellent. The gorilla trekking and safari accommodations and activities were outstanding. We had a medical issue and some other needs that required direct support from Yellow Zebra and they handled everything with speed and professionalism. Yellow Zebra supported us through the entire holiday and I was very thankful they are the company I decided to use. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a partner who delivers high quality and an amazing experience from start to finish!!

A memorable trip indeed. Exceeded all our expectations and Nomad camps were clearly the way to go. Exceptional camps, staff, and guides. . The wildebeest migration was a spectacular thing to see. Hippos, wildebeest, and crocodiles all sharing a river ecosystem. Spectacular! A trip of a lifetime! We recommend YZ with the highest enthusiasm. The YZ team was responsive in addressing questions, assisting with the eVISA process and end to end availability during our Tanzania safari adventure.

The trip set up by Sabastian and supported by your Operations and Concierge teams was outstanding. All the accommodations were excellent. The support on the ground was great. And the service in the camps was 5 star.

Everything was planned to perfection. The lodges that they picked for us were wonderful. We have used the same company for two years in a row and have no complaints whatsoever.

From the very first interaction with Yellow Zebra I knew they were the right safari company for me to use. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. The way they listen to what it is you want, ask the right questions to make sure they are able to design you the best solution they can, and then how they share the proposed trips with you was so impressive. Our consultant Dewald was great to work with and we appreciated his advice and guidance so much. Our Ops specialist Susan was always there for my questions about packing and travel - another outstanding part of their service.
The entire process was seamless and smooth, including being met by the on-ground representative when we stepped off the plane in Johannesburg - literally waiting for us at the aircraft exit!
We felt safe and assured and would absolutely recommend (and rave about) Yellow Zebra to anyone wanting to book a safari experience.

Our experience was fabulous from start to finish!! All the info we received before our trip was super informative. Our airline layover time was perfect for navigating overseas airports and catching our next flights. Knowledge people navigated us through customs and took us to our lodging. The same driver took us around Nairobi for a day before getting us to our flight the next day to go to our first camp. The safari camps were 1st class all the way. Great accommodations. Fabulous food!! Nice cocktails. The safari guides answered every question and gave us lots of educational information. The whole trip was a trip of a lifetime. We did not have to worry about a thing! We were treated like royalty!! I would use Yellow Zebra again and recommend Yellow Zebra to everyone!!

Everything was great! It was above my expectations and such a pleasant surprise. Yellow Zebra planned everything perfectly, everyone showed up promptly from the airport to the driver to our tour guide.
The tents are offbeat Mara were incredible, the showers were great and the hospitality was also so nice.

The staff were amazing and so kind, the service and food were the best I've ever experienced. And we travel a hell of alot but this was something else!!! This was J's first safari too and he was mind blown!

Jo at Yellow Zebra listened to our requests about what we would like and didn't like. It helped to see all possible trips and modify the one closest to what we wanted to do. We wanted to focus on seeing animals and pass on going to the beach. The lodges and camps we stayed at were perfectly suited to our taste. We had the best guides (George and Peter) and noticed the care and consideration given to us and especially to the animals. One guide stopped and picked up a car part from a jeep that was on the road, he didn't want an animal to accidently get hurt by accidently eating a piece of rubber/metal. Every detail was taken care of by YZ, we had no surprises. All questions answered (we had many) and we felt like we had backup with the GEL team using WhatsApp checking in on occasion.

Have worked with Emma and Yellow Zebra several times for our African safaris. They are always so friendly, professional, and Emma knows ALL the safari camps and areas with the best wildlife viewing, times of year, and all the little details. Will continue to work with Emma for all future safaris, and have recommended her to all our friends and family!

Wonderful from start to finish!! Olivia helped us decide where to go and put together a wonderful safari that suited our budget and preferences. Beatrice helped with the questions that came up before the trip. We were so well prepared that is was as stress-free as they could make it.
We returned 2 weeks ago. Everything was better than we expected. The lodges were terrific. The on-ground suppport in Aftica was seamless! We utiliized the medical assistance while in VERY rural Uganda. I can't recommend Yellow Zebra highly enough. Brava!
