Good quality products for kids

As you aren't located in the UK, delivery times do take around 7 working days after dispatch, and this is something that is completely out of Yes Bebe's control. Please see the tracking link that was sent to you via email, it shows that it was dispatched on the 30th of August and is still in transit to you as it has only been 2-3 working days. No customer service. Just do it yourself.
Really disapointed with the level of customer service. Ordered a large expensive item in their summer deals. Item arrived. Box had clearly been opened as they had hidden other purchased items in it. So unsure when this was and if it was actually a new item.
When putting it together one of the parts was broken. Contacted customer services who's response was basically. Sorry we don't have spare parts. But you can fix it yourself.
After spending a large sum of money to buy something as a goft, i dont expect to be fixing it myself. I am actually shocked at this so called customer service. At the very least offer of a replacement would have been preferable.
Makes me really cautious about ordering from them again.

The vehicle shipped to you was a new product, and the box had originally been open so that the warehouse team could check the condition upon receipt from our supplier. We're very sorry that damage to the chair was missed if this happened in transit to ourselves.
Looking at our communications, I can see that no reply was received to my email sent on the 1st August that advised of how the repair could be made, so unfortunately we couldn't have known that this wasn't a suitable solution and that a replacement would have been more suitable, as nothing was noted regarding a preferred outcome in your email either. If you would like to reach out to us via email, we will be able to continue to assist with helping you to resolve this.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, the last thing we want to do is upset our customers. Katie x

Amazing product and customer care!
The product that we bought was fantastic - best price we could find online but the customer service was excellent.
They actually delivered it to my address as it was my grandsons birthday present and there had been a delay in them receiving their stock! They went out of their way to ensure I received the swing.
So helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!
