Overall, we had a good experience with this booking company, but there were a few issues along the way. During the booking process, there were a couple of glitches with the spelling of our names, which required multiple follow-ups to correct. It also seemed like we were dealing with a different representative each time, so we had to explain the situation repeatedly, which was frustrating.
Despite these challenges, the issues were eventually resolved, and the booking was completed successfully. With better communication and continuity in customer service, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

Booking is easy and agent is very helpful and informative. The only reason I am giving a four star is they made me filled up my information through multiple emails instead of just sending one email. It is a pain to keep receiving emails asking you information that should have been done all at once.

I did not like that they were pushing…
I did not like that they were pushing VERY hard for me to give them my passport number, They do not need it and neither does the airline. Only customs needs it and to show it before you board the plane. I got this from them "This information is essential for updating your booking with the airline and for any additional services you may have reserved with us, such as trains, excursions, or other activities." This is untrue and they do not need passport info for trains excursions and activities. DO NOT give them personal info.

Yes Getaways offers a great variety of trip options with prices that can't be beat! I love that many trips are paired with a car rental.
