Personal service is greatly appreciated.
One thing we love about the Azores/Yes/Portugal getaways is that you can actually talk to someone on the phone. This year we had to discuss ticket changes by email but even so, we had a dedicated travel agent who was prompt. We were, however, disappointed at the cost of changing a ticket. We had changed itineraries other years but made the changes prior to booking - live and learn, we should have done that this time. An expensive lesson.

Once a flight ticket has been issued, the airline can't edit it, so a new ticket has to be issued in its place, and that reissue carries its own costs. Luisa was superb to plan our Baltic 2 wk trip
Luisa was superb to plan our Baltic itinerary. She was very prompt replying and ungrudgingly made numerous changes to our itinerary as we planned our group of 4. I highly recommend her planning to anyone customizing a trip. The only surprise to me was on the final itinerary there is a small hotel tax we need to pay at each hotel (which wasn’t mentioned) and is about $200 Cdn total for 2 wks. Otherwise I would in a heartbeat book again with this company and Luisa ! I will review again when the trip is over.

Excellent Travel Advisor - Sofia Pavao
My travel advisor is Sofia Pavao. She is top notch.
Mine was a customized trip and I outlined to her the places I want to see in Spain, the distance of the hotels, etc. She diligently presented a detailed itineraryr that was really, really good. There were changes but even with that, she was very good. She provided details as if she anticipated possible question I may ask. Her response time is both expeditious and snappy.
I will definitely do business with Yes Getaways again.

Yes Getaways- great company for booking process
Yes Getaways is great to work with. They also tried to make the small details work for us. Even after the trip was organized and we requested a 1 day change from Malaga to Granada they made it work with no further costs. Very efficient & co-operative staff. Love working with them. Claudia was excellent person to work with.

FLIGHT CHANGES....UNACCEPTABLE
Our initial conact with Ruben was a great experience. However, a day after we agreed to the 7 day Sicilian adventure, we received notification from Turkish Air that two of the flights had been changed and essentially reducing our time in Sicily to 5 days and stranding us in Turkey for a day each way....totally unacceptable. We reached out to Yes via email and phone several times but have received NO response. Our first request for assistance was October 1, 2026.
