Loved each country
Planning was terrific, transportation was great, hotels were clean and well positioned, time in each city was perfect. Inter city Metro and trolley service was free to seniors, clean, safe, and easy to navigate.
Walking tours were outstanding. Food was terrific. People were friendly and English language was everywhere.
Loved each country! Highly recommend this package.

Wonderful Porto Trip with Yes Getaways
We had a wonderful Porto Discovery trip with Yes Getaways and would definitely travel with them again. Our hotel was exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a family suite.
All of our tours and guides were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the small group sizes. I was also very impressed with how well Yes Getaways communicated my food allergy and our special requests to the different service providers.
The only area for improvement would be the airport transfer coordination. Our return pickup was scheduled later than it should have been, making our arrival at the airport rushed. However, when we contacted the transfer provider, they were very responsive and helpful.
Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and were very happy with the hotel, tours and customer service. We would absolutely use Yes Getaways again.

Everything was seamless from the time of booking to questions along the way. All of my inquiries were answered in a timely manner and with great care. The staff were amazing to work with. I loved the reminders that included documentation as we got closer. The visa reminder was also much appreciated. The value for this holiday was great.

Love the deal! My only comment/ recommendation us that the agent would give more complete info in emails. “Think like a traveler- not an agent”!
Due to time difference, it took many days of back and forth emailing. Everyone was pleasant though and I’m happy with the results.

Inez was very professional and…
Inez was very professional and accommodated a third guest. She did also try to get prices for a fourth which we appreciated.
My only concern with the package is that we have to call 24 hrs in advance and coordinate all our transfers. This will be Tiring after two flights etc and manoeuvring the airport as well as from the hotels. This should be all arranged for us. We are all late seventies.
Just waiting for tickets for flight and cruise to be emailed in a timely fashion.

The booking was friendly. But the obligation to make seat reservation on line is a pain particularly when the flight tickets keep changing.

Mariana Faria was exceptional to work with in planning our upcoming trip to Sicily and Malta. She was knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process.

Very good and responsive overall. We would use them again. The only issues were that it took two attempts to get our train tickets and one of the hotels didn’t have AC even though we were told it would.
