It's hard to believe the difference in my quality of life since I received my hearing aids from Yes Hearing. For several years I had been encouraged to get hearing aids and frankly, the price was always what held me back. Then I found Yes Hearing. Do yourselves a favor - contact them; they will help you in a very professional, and non-sales way, and you will be pleasantly surprised at the affordable options available. I was astonished and delighted to be able to receive top of the line hearing aids that have made such a world of difference for me and I would recommend Yes Hearing to everyone. Their communication and follow-up is second to none, their business model is obviously one of caring for the customer - and it shows.

Everyone that I have been in contact with has been wonderful. Its nice to know that if you need something someone is just a phone call away.

I was originally thrilled with the Oticon hearing aids. However, the first time they were fixed remotely. This worked for awhile. I missed the next appt so I was told to send both the hearing aids and charger back. That was a week ago. I currently have no hearing aids, I have not have had a return call, and I'm almost in tears. It is less than one year and I can't HEAR!

I discovered YesHearing by accident online. I was researching new hearing aids and came across an ad. I was immediately contacted by a representative who assessed my hearing aids knowledge, and prior experience and assessed my current needs, then made a recommendation. At first, I was hesitant about buying these online but it turned out even better than I expected!! An experienced audiologist made an appt with me, came to my office, tested my hearing, fit the new hearing aids to my ears and spent a lot of time explaining them and showing me all the new features. Buying bluetooth hearing aids has changed my life. The doctor's office came to me and followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy. The customer service at YesHearing is top notch. I highly recommend going thru their process - you will be glad you did!! Oh by the way, all for a THIRD of the price of the doctors office quote!

I was very skeptical about purchasing expensive hearing aids online. I was able to demo the hearing aids I wanted locally, but the price was several thousand dollars more. I decided to try Yes Hearing. From my initial contact to fitting and follow up, this company was fantastic. They offer in home fitting which I found to be fantastic. I have had a follow up video call with a Doctor who was able to fine tune the hearing aids remotely. I am scheduled to have another in home visit next week to make sure everything is fine. I’ve only had my devices for a month or so, so I can’t comment on long term assistance, but I anticipate it will be excellent.

Boomers beware: Although friends recommended "Yes", we had a bad experience with Yes Hearing of 550 Madison Ave, NYC and would warn others that this office is disorganized, inefficient and probably understaffed. They do not return calls or give assistance on fine tuning devices in a timely manner. Then when it is close to the date when you need to decide whether to keep the devices which aren't working right they try to give you a date for adjustments which is beyond the date of decision so that you are stuck with the devices.You also get different prices and information depending who you are speaking to. They do not seem to keep track of who is telling what to which patient. We returned the hearing aids. Timely adjustments are crucial with new hearing aids.

I have found Yes Hearing very easy to deal with, from original purchase through follow up. Their prices are very good as well as their service. They are convenient to deal with even though they do not have a physical store. An audiologist comes to your home or office and is able to deliver and set up your hearing aids as well as anyone. I recommend them.

I bought the Phonak P-9 from yes hearing in April 2022. I was very pleased with the level of service and the knowledge that the audiologist was able to share. She delivered the devices and extra ear pieces so that I could try them on for size. Getting the ear piece sizing is just a matter of trial and error so having all the extra sizes was a great help.

It was a great experience!

My new HA arrived ahead of schedule and was professionally fit to my ears in less than an hour.

I quickly became comfortable and was very happy to hear again. A remarkable and terrific experience with YesHearing.

My classical music has never sounded better and to hear birds again was wonderful.

Yes hearings Tele (remote) service is truly outstanding. From the convenience of their audiologist who is available to adjust and tune to Laura whom coordinates everything, their service is impressive. Laura has gone out of her way to ensure that I’ve got every accessory needed. Her thoughtfulness bespeaks of a company that strives to achieve 100% satisfaction.

This is my 1st experience with hearing aides. After doing research Oticon Hearing Aides were recommended. This has been a refreshing experience. "Yes Hearing" sold me the Oticon hearing Aides and scheduled a hearing aide specialist to fit the devices. I live in rural Montana and Yes was not satisfied with an office near me but the Yes representative remembered from a earlier conversation that I was going to be in the Palm Springs, California area for 10 day so suggested I see an office there which worked out perfectly.

My transition to hearing aides with the Oticon units has been totally painless. They called me constantly and even was persistent with their desire to talk to me when I didn't or could not return a missed call. They could had just left me at that point but they called and kept calling until we spoke even though they didn't have do this. I had already paid, accepted the hearing aides and was fitted but they still wanted to follow through. Even to the point of setting calls for me to talk with their physicians.

I would give these guys a high 5 without a doubt.

Hi, I knew I needed new hearing aids but the price my audiologist quoted was appalling. I started looking at the internet for the Oticon brand and model I wanted. Yes Hearing, part of Oticon company listed what I wanted at a substantially lower price, could I trust them? It was very scary but I called the corporation and after talking to a representative I decided to try them. I had a wonderful experience with the audiologist who came to my home and with all the others who keep in touch with me. I highly recommend Yes Hearing and my new Oticon hearing aids.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Yes Hearing. I anticipated purchasing my hearing aids through Yes Hearing and having my audiologist fit them. It ends up that the audiologist working with Yes Hearing did a far better job than my previous audiologist. In addition, the remote audiological consults/adjustments included in the service were highly effective.
I recommend Yes Hearing wholeheartedly.

When I was ready to get new hearing aids, my husband came across the website for yeshearing.com. and told me I should take a look at it. I had already received the price from my ENT's office, so I knew which hearing aids I wanted. I was quoted $7,000 by that office. For the EXACT heaing aids from YESHEARING, I paid $4,000. That's $3,000. less!!! I was a wreck when I ordered them because I thought it was a scam because of the difference in price. So I held my breath and waited. Within a week or two, YES HEARING contacted me. They also sent the audiologist to my house for an initial hearing test, etc. The hearing aids get mailed to the audiologist and then he came back to fit them to me and explained and showed everything to me until I knew everything I needed to know. I asked tons of questions and he answered all of them. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with my aids. Like I said, I was very uncomfortable to order them and held my breath until they came in, but I can assure you, the company is legit.
They are fantastic as far as communicating with you. I am SO happy with these aids and so glad my husband found the website. I mean, $3,000 is a lot of money to save. I am happy and you will be too!!!

I was new to yes hearing. I went with them because of their willingness to work with me on pricing. I saved over $2800 compared to my local dealer. My concern was support after the sale which was my audiologist selling point. I bought the newest model of Phonak. The set had to be replaced three times due to Bluetooth and charging problems. The swaps were easy at worst. Finally, I went with a different model of Phonak due to now known manufacturing problems. Each swap was very easy and support excellent.

I was really skeptical of YES hearing, when something sounds to good, it usually is. The price was great, the support has been great, and they are great at communications. Can I buy stock in your company?

Yes Hearing made the experience of getting my MIL hearing aides at a very affordable price very easy and made her comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

When I recieved the quotation from my Audiologist I had to explore to see if there were other less expensive options. I searched the internet and found YES Hearing.
I called them after their quotation to see how it worked.
