Took my deposit, never did the work, I had to chase them every time, and now I've asked for my money back and despite waiting the 2 week period they requested, no refund has been forthcoming. Reported to Action Fraud and Kent police.

This is a fake profile and was made by a rival window company to try and shame a brilliant window company. I know this for a fact as I’ve had work done and recommended these guys to friends, neighbours and family members, if you check this is an unclaimed profile. Good try but I can vouch Your Home Solutions are brilliant

Your Home Solutions are undertaking work on the opposite side of the road and one of the operatives knocked on the door to offer us a quotation for our porch to which we agreed. Historically we have had sales people sit with us (not YHS) in our house for at least 2 hours trying to sell us a product and I don't tolerate this now with anyone we invite in our home. Their sales person arrived with us today, and from the outset I advised him he had half an hour and I was going out. We were advised that we would need to provide at least 5 minutes to see their product before a quote could be provided. A rather interesting conversation followed at which the sales representative left as we were not ready to make a decision/to buy that day. Perhaps we are a little naive but all we want is an estimate/quote for what the cost could be in a few months time. This was not part of their plan.

This company, without an invitation to do, sent someone round to knock on my front door whose agenda was to discuss doors and windows.

The representative was wearing a Fleece with Your Home Solutions to the front, and was with two others who were knocking doors nearby.

I felt I had seen them before, but the company name on the Fleece looked slightly different.

Afterwards this was confirmed as I looked up the company at Companies House and was startled to find 19 different entries to do with the Proprietor. All the entries shared all three names and the month and year of birth of the Proprietor and a handful of addresses.

The data at Companies House seemed to show a pattern where for instance WEATHERSHIELD SOLUTIONS LTD (11709318) would be run and then seem to close and then for example YOUR HOME SOLUTIONS (S.E.) LTD (14277381) would seem to reappear in its place.

There were for example at least 7 instances at Wenlock Road in London of companies with names around roofing, plastering, rendering etc forming.

Now, why this is particularly pertinent is that WEATHERSHIELD SOLUTIONS LTD (11709318) in particular was in the process of being struck off by Companies House at the time of writing.

The reviews on Trust Pilot seem to show a mix of reviews of this company, but there seems to be suggestion that there is not necessarily a long term foundation to working with this business.

After all doors and windows would maybe need to have some longevity, servicing, replacement and repair and warranty but I was left to think that maybe this company may later cease.

My 80 year old husband had a cold call visit from these people telling him we need a new conservatory roof or a new conservatory totally, which indeed we do, but this person was quite persistent and a bit aggressive and tried to talk him into having the work done. my husband felt uncomfortable talking to him. Told him we weren’t interested but said he’d call back anyway. We definitely won’t be doing any business with this company after reading these reviews. May be totally genuine but not prepared to take the chance

I am a terminally ill disabled old age pensioner. I was having home dialysis when they cold called me at my house. I was attached so my wife, who has Alzheimer's answered the door. They tried to sell me new windows and a door, which I did not want. I did, however need some repair work to my house. They gave me a quote and I paid them £2900 deposit. the following day I realised the error of my ways and the day after I canceled by phone and by Email using their form. They will not pay back the deposit even though they have to by law. These despicable crooks should not be allowed to trade.

My reviews keep getting deleted for some reason, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE just look up weathershield solutions reviews, stay clear.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company was Weathershield Solutions. They just disappeared and opened up this company. Their Offices changed, emails bouncing back and no contact number all disconnected. This company is a another 1 of many that is owned by Andrew Jordan so please also look him up . They have No concerns for anyone and will take your money and run

The owner used to own Weathersheild solutions. Read their reviews he ran off owing many of us thousands of pounds. Should be jailed. Fraudster. You have been warned !
