This company makes false promises changes locks on properties without the owners permission no rent passed onto the investors however DWP have paid this company the rent
Do not invest they are nothing but cowboys makeing false promises to the investors
I urge everyone in same situation to go down to their offices in person should feel utterly ashamed of themselves organised chaos makeing their investors suffer

Purchased a unit couple of years back, however no help or response from the agent when required.
Company name has also been changed.
No details for any new agent provided with whom I can communicate easily and clear my queries.

Felt like Scam, ended up being scammed. £85000 down the drain. They even have changed the name of the company. It was Real Estate worldwide.

I recently purchased a property through Yieldinvestment. The process was generally smooth, and both Chris and Jason were helpful and approachable. There were a few minor issues along the way, but overall, the team was responsive and worked to address any concerns. A decent experience, though there’s room for improvement in some areas.

It was seamless. Chris and Jason talked me through and reassured me. With a simple enquiry and support from both of them I felt like a pro in real estate investment.

This is the second property that I've bought through them and again found both Chris and Jason very helpful and easy to deal with.I would not hesitate to recommend this company.I will also endeavour to find other investors.
