I was subscribed to yololive to watch sports from around the world. Since they have moved their streaming to Castiva they have substantially reduced the sports they stream. But still charge the same fee. I have tried writing to them but get no reply. Poor customer service. Think carefully before you subscribe because what is streamed today may be cancelled tomorrow.

Purchased January 2025 for CAD$1,437.45. After approximately 14 months of light, non-commercial use, the internal LiPo battery swelled severely, deforming the device so the case no longer closes. YoloLiv's own user manual states the device should not be used when the battery is "severely swollen and deformed" - this is a recognized fire / thermal-runaway hazard.

Contacted YoloLiv support directly. Their first written response acknowledged this is "a rare and serious battery swelling issue" and promised a free replacement. After receiving the device's serial number, they reversed that position and demanded $50 USD. After significant back-and-forth, they agreed in writing on May 19, 2026 to send a Pro battery free of charge.
Since then: two tracking numbers issued (May 21 and May 25). Neither returns any data in any major multi-carrier tracking platform after seven days. My formal request for a dispatch receipt sent May 26 has gone unanswered for 72 hours.

The device itself worked well during its short lifespan. The issues are: (1) premature catastrophic battery failure on a premium-priced unit, (2) manufacturer customer service that reverses written commitments, and (3) absence of verifiable shipping for a promised replacement. Buy at your own risk - particularly given the safety implications of an unmonitored LiPo cell in a device intended for portable use.

I am using this service for several month now and am totally fed up. Shitty streaming quality and even shittier service. Next to impossible to get a refund. So long things short: Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT USE this streaming service.

I’ve been using the YoloBox Extreme for a few weeks. It’s simple to set up and works really well for live streaming. The 4K video quality is very clear, and I like that it supports up to 8 HDMI inputs, which gives me lots of flexibility with cameras. Switching between cameras is easy, and streaming to multiple platforms at the same time is very helpful.

The battery lasts long enough for my streams, and the touchscreen is easy to understand. Overall, it’s a solid device that makes live streaming less complicated. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Have been with the Yolo folks for a while now, being first with the YoloOG, then the Pro and now the Ultra! Simply put, there is nothing out there that can match the price and performance of the Yoloboxes! Also an important consideration is the compact footprint of the whole assembly and ease of setup and use.

YoloBox Pro m'a offert l'occasion parfaite de diffuser en direct mon travail lors de mariages et d'événements. La facilité d'utilisation et la possibilité de connecter plusieurs caméras me donnent l'opportunité d'être créatif. Les barres de titre multicouches, l'utilisation de cartes SD et l'écran vert m'aident à ajouter plus de graphiques à mon travail lors des diffusions en direct. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un appareil parfait pour la diffusion en direct.

Purchased YoloBox a discontinued product without any more updates that the Pro/Mini has. Very disappointed in no were it indicate on their site about it.

I have problem with my yolo live trying to find a solucion but there is no support or any help. Not exeptebel.

The site is very easy to use and the support at Yololiv.com is top notch !!

So far they are keen on feedback and ideas, I really appreciate that.
