I deposited the money for the first time to play the game. Money debited from my bank but it didn't show in the game. I contact the customer service and I shared the screenshot of payment but now they are making other reasons and asked me to share the UPI ID and I shared it with them as it was also showing in the screenshot. Now they are asking me to "go to the payment page and press the 'send again button' ". I don't know how many people may have followed their instructions.
