So not use this 3rd party vendor. They mislead on their advertising, double charge insurance, leave you to the predatory practices of car renters. My 400 dollar booking just went to 1K when I went to pick up the car. For my thousand dollar Fiat, that I did not order, it came with 27 pictures worth of damages and the gear box just almost fell out.

It was unpleasant surprise after I made a reservation in the voucher with small letters I saw that I have to pay mandatory tax for refueling the car 80 euro and for the fuel if not returned full. At the desk they explained that I have to pay extra 160 euros for refueling and fuel, even if I return the car full the price will be the same, so best to turn it back empty, so for tank which contains no more that 60 euros fuel I paid 160. They told me it was the DoYouSpain arrangement and a lot of costumers complained about it.
So be careful the price they give you, no matter they said it includes all, is not the real price you will pay.

Just a notice to say avoid using this company there are many customers dissatisfied with the appalling behaviour and dreadful contract conditions operated by You do Spain i have lost in access of 400 € be warned

Avoid at all costs. I made a booking through Doyouspain and through unexpected circumstances arrived at Drivalia 3 hours later than the anticipated time only to find that my booking had been cancelled. The booking could be cancelled IF I input the flight number which I did not. Doyouspain broke their terms Ts&Cs and after an email of complaint have refused to address my request of a refund for the extra costs incurred to rebook the car which was
of course still there. Disgraceful company with terrible reviews. There was another family at the car collection also going through the exact same issue. AVOID

Booked a van and at the counter I was told by Gomonile that there was no van available. Called DoyouSpain and got no help. Paid DoYouSpain for the full insurance option but got 1,300 blocked on my card.
I think these guys are scammers. Telling me now that I accepted the alternative so they will do exactly nothing.
Apparently when you are given no choice that’s your fault

When collecting the hire car from the company I was informed that the insurance policy taken out with YoudoSpain did not cover me sufficiently in the case of an accident and that I had to pay an additional 135€ for additonal insurance. I called Youdospain and was on hold for such a long time that I had to hang up and accept the additional payment as no-one was available to ask. I called them later and requested to cancel the insurance policy I had take with them and they told me it was not possible and that it was normal to be upsold policies from the rental car companies and there was nothing they could or would do to help. Not great customer service
