Rubbish hair extensions and bad customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the tape extensions I purchased. The adhesive was very poor. I had them professionally installed at a salon, but after only two days, they started falling out while I was simply washing my hair.
Because of this, I had to pay again for new adhesive tapes and another professional installation, which cost me extra money because of the poor quality of the product.
Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. In less than two months, the hair became extremely dry, rough, and tangled. It no longer feels or looks like high-quality human hair. Honestly, it feels more like plastic than real hair.
I also contacted your customer service several times to explain the situation and try to resolve the issue. Each time, I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately, I never received a response or any follow-up.
I spent a lot of money on these extensions expecting good quality and proper customer service, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have given your team several opportunities to resolve this matter, but unfortunately, I have heard nothing back. That is why I have decided to share my experience and post this review.
