Book showed up with crushed binder ripped pages and some pages dirty with tape holding cover together. They refused a refund.

I never received the product. I was charged but never received a confirmation email. I only received an email to give a review.

Even after reading mixed reviews about Yourbooksify, I tried ordering to see if they were legit. The book I got was a fake copy with damaged and missing pages. Very disappointed with what I received.

Very disappointing experience. They charged my card, but I’m still waiting for a confirmation or tracking update. It’s been over a week with zero communication. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

The book is brand new as promised, and it came so quickly, in about a week. The only complaint that I have, is that once I purchased the book, there were no updates for me regarding when it was shipped or when I would receive it. That’s why I gave it four stars, but could not give it five stars. I would buy from the seller again for sure.

I purchased a 2024 International Residential Code (IRC) book from YourBooksify.com and paid through PayPal. The book arrived looking fine at first, but when I began studying it weeks later, I discovered that nearly 50 pages were missing.

I immediately contacted the seller multiple times — no reply at all. When I filed a PayPal dispute, it was closed in the seller’s favor, even though the product was clearly defective and possibly counterfeit.

The address listed on their site (1418 River Drive, Suite 35, Cottonhall, CA 9622) appears FAKE, and the company offers no phone number or real support. Their website claims “24/7 customer care” and “easy returns,” but they don’t respond to legitimate issues.

I strongly recommend avoiding YourBooksify. Buy important technical or professional books only from official publishers or verified retailers. This experience cost me money, time, and trust.

I did not received my refund as promised to me. I read the policy first and then purchased the book but still they are not refunding my money.

Totally scammers, they sent me the books with missing pages and errors in each page. Now they are not refund my hard earned money.

Amazing service and on time delivery.

This website is not trustworthy at all. I ordered a medical textbook and what I received looked like a poor photocopy. The cover didn’t match the title, several pages were blurry, and there were spelling mistakes everywhere. The book clearly wasn’t genuine.

No confirmation of the purchase. Can't open any of the links to track the purchase. No responses to my email and chat.

Terrible way of selling to a customer.
They took your card number but never sent you confirmation and tracking number. It has been 8 days and I have yet to hear from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR BUSINESS

I'm amazed by the price of the book! I saved about $40 and it's in new condition. Very easy to checkout.
