I've given 5 stars here as while Ben did an excellent job on my accounts, i was also greatful for him answering adhoc questions.

In addition, i had previously been let down by my previous bookkeeper (nothing to do with Cloud) who had inflated my final invoice without first consulting with me and gave me bad advice re directors loan and dividends. Something i had a gut feeling was incorrect, and Ben thankfully confirmed my thoughts, so no harm done.
