As a heavily pregnant woman of twins I was struggling to get into town to fix my phone, fortunately Phil was able to come to my house and fix it there for me within 30mins. Fantastic service and customer relations. Will definitely not hesitate to use again.

My husband Father Peter Weatherby from St Mary’s Church Cannock- a big Apple fan looked at my phone after it had been ran over by a car on Monday- he took one look at it and said “you’re going to need a new one - but I’ll take it to Your Fix.co.uk and see if they can repair it- probably not!” So he did. And I’m now typing this review in it. Phil you’re amazing! Thankyou so much for making it look like a brand new phone! Quick, efficient service with a smile and so fair in price too! I took my broken laptop to Fix and the staff were extremely helpful. The next day I received a call from the shop in which they explained what was wrong with the laptop and asked if I would like to order the new parts. The parts arrived promptly (next working day) and were tested before I received a text to collect.

A YouTube video was also sent via email of my laptop being fixed which was a lovely touch and the price I paid was very reasonable!

Wow, fantastic customer service, Phil was excellent. Took my son’s laptop issues to him for his advice and ideal resolution yesterday afternoon, he gave me the options available, explained the costs and fix time lines related to them. The one thing I really liked was, he said he would always start with the cheaper option first and see how it goes from there. Well, as a first time customer, I expected the sorry, but all options failed and we had to use option 3 which was the most expensive. Well 2 hours later, Phil phoned to say it was ready for collection and option one, the cheapest possible had worked….how wrong was I!!! He put the customer first and made a young lad very happy at the same time. Your Fix, will be my first port of call if ever needed again, could not rate any higher.
