The hotel, room, location, everything in that respect was brilliant and could not be faulted.
Lewis at Hayes Travel was really on the ball in booking procedures etc.
The holiday itself could not be faulted.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Palma airport and as other people from other areas of the uk and booked through other agents were also affected I do not feel any of the booking agents could be responsible for the nightmare experience.
My wife was booked in for disabled assistance.
When we got to Majorca around twelve people, mixture of carers and disabled, were offloaded from the plane. There were no wheelchairs and everyone, including the disabled had to walk around 100 yards to the building where we were told to wait just inside a main door.
We waited for about ten minutes before an electric buggy came and some of us were taken to the baggage area and left there.
After collecting our cases we then had to find where we picked up our transport to the hotel. My wife could not carry anything, having to concentrate on walking with her stick and at 82 I was hard pressed to keep walking round in circles as well with all the luggage.
We understood people with yellow jackets helped disabled but when we asked for a wheelchair or where to go they didn’t seem to understand. And so it went on.
The return journey wasn’t much better. Dropped off at the airport by a coach driver who had no idea where to go for EasyJet or disabled assistance and around three or four hundred yards of lugging around luggage before we found it.
The treatment at Southend airport both ways was completely the opposite and cannot be faulted but we will never go to Majorca again simply because of the useless communication and treatment at the airport.

A great company to use to book your holiday with. I have only positive things to say, whatever your request Lewis will find a selection for you to choose from. Enjoyed our stay in Almeria at hotel Best Roquetas. Great staff, good facilities good food. Near shops and bus stops just outside the hotel too to go further afield. Did the day trip to “Mini Hollywood” totally recommend it, fab day out. Something different.

Recently returned from a super week away, Lewis recommended the hotel and what a fabulous place it was. Thoroughly enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer which was a lot and would love to return one day. Thank you once again for your help and patience always a pleasure dealing with Lewis at YGA.

We had a great cruise. Everything went like clockwork from beginning to end.

In somewhat extreme circumstances I needed a flight organised when a long way from home. Lewis was forewarned about possible events. When I needed Lewis and Jill they came up trumps for me. Their service and CARE was really excellent.

Totally recommend Lewis and the team at YGA. They have organised a couple of holidays for me (one was a holiday of a lifetime and Lewis couldn't have been more helpful in tailoring the trip to cover all the things we wanted to do). The other was a recent week's sun holiday, and it was great to be able to give Lewis our brief and watch it all come together. Had a fab week; the hotel was just the right place for us. Will be in touch again soon to look at booking next year's holiday.

We wanted to do something special for our Ruby wedding anniversary. We asked Lewis, Director of ‘Your Great Adventures’ to recommend a good Cruise for us.
We have just come back from this cruise and it was fantastic. Best holiday we have ever had. It was a 14 day cruise around the Mediterranean.
Lewis goes to a lot of trouble to make sure that we have perfect holiday. Very personalised service and nothing is too much trouble. Responds quickly to queries and gave us lots of helpful advice. Very good value for money, as the prices quoted are often a little bit less than if you booked yourself on line.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Pocillos Playa on Lanzarote. Lewis and his team at Your Great Adventures couldn't have found a more perfect place, meeting every one of our requirements. The booking process was very simple, the service was excellent and our holiday was phenomenal. If there had been any issues at any time, we know that they would have been dealt with speedily and efficiently. This is not our first adventure with this company, and it certainly won't be the last.

We wouldn't do our holidays or trips any other way! Lewis offers exceptional service, care and attention to detail and has access to so many providers and ideas that we always find something which is a great fit whether as a couple or a family. Our last two trips have been more last minute bookings, just a few weeks ahead but we've been delighted both times (Malta and Halkidiki). Thanks YGA and all the team for what you do!

Just back from a wonderful weeks holiday in Gran Canaria. Lewis and the team were fantastic the whole way through, and nothing was too much trouble.

Our first overnight hotel room had no fan/ air con. Lewis made a call and the same hotel on the last night of our holiday provided us with a room with a fan.

All communications and correspondence are always spot on, with lovely unexpected little touches like the free guide book and welcone home postcard!

We have used YGA two years running now to book our holidays for our large family group.

Lewis and his team on both occasions have been excellent.

We travel with older children as well as younger ones that are still at home.

It’s never easy nailing down dates/times/places for a holiday especially when in a big group, however both times Lewis has given us professional, honest and knowledgeable opinions & advice for hotels and resorts helping us narrow down these searches and finally find the perfect getaway.

He has been patient while we have been liaising with the rest of the group and has helped us get the best possible prices for the packages we needed. Add to this the little touches, like emailing the hotel with requirements, our paperwork promptly posted out, a post card saying we hope you had a lovely holiday and the knowledge that if we were to have an issue travel wise or while in our resort the YGA team have got our back and will do there upmost to help us! This adds to the peace of mind that really helps to enjoy your special family time. We would thoroughly recommend your next holiday is booked through this excellent travel.

We’ve used YGA twice now to book our family summer holidays, and really happy both times. Lewis is great at taking our brief and finding suitable options. Jill is very attentive and keeps us informed throughout the booking process and on the lead up to the departure date. They help take the stress out of holiday booking.

We had a fab Greek Island cruise on Celebrity Infinity booked via Lewis and YGA team. We got a really good value cruise from Lewis, with well organised itinerary from booking to holiday. But it didn't stop there! Our flight home was cancelled due to storms over Europe and we were stranded at Athens airport. When things go wrong is the real measure of a great service. We contacted Lewis and Jill and they sprung into action. They were reassuring on the phone, kept us informed and negotiated quickly with Celebrity to get us home on alternative flights. The support continued once we were home in negotiating compensation for additional expenses incurred. I cannot praise them enough!
